² For thou art an holy people vnto the Lord thy God, and the lord hathe chosen the to be a seuerall people vnto hym selfe, of all the nations that are vpon the earth.

⁵ Now therefore if ye will heare my voyce & kepe myne apoyntement: ye shall be myne owne aboue al nacions, for all the erth is myne. ⁶ Ye shalbe vnto me a kyngdome of priestes & an holy people: these are the wordes which thou shalt say vnto the children of Israel.

⁴⁵ For I am the Lord that brought you out of the lande of Egypte to be youre God: be holy therfore, for I am holye.

² speake vnto al the multytude of the children of Israel, and say vnto them. Be holy for I the Lord youre God am holye.

²⁶ Be holy vnto me, for I the Lorde am holy and haue seuered you from other nacions: that ye shuld be myne.

⁶ For thou art an holy nacion vnto the Lorde thy God, the Lorde thy God hath chosen the to be a seuerall people vnto hym selfe of al nations that are vpon the erth.

²¹ Ye shall eate of nothynge that dyeth alone: But thou maiste gyue it vnto the straunger that is in thy city, that he eate it, or maist sell it vnto an aliant. For thou art an holy people vnto the Lord thy god. Thou shalt not seth a kyd in hys mothers mylcke.

¹⁸ And the Lord hath sett the vp thys daye, to be a seuerall people vnto him (as he hath promysed the) & that thou kepe his commaundementes, ¹⁹ & to make the hye aboue al nacions which he hath made, in prayse, in name and honoure: that thou mayst be an holy people vnto the Lord thy God, as he hath sayde.

⁹ The Lord shall make the an holy people vnto him self, as he hath sworne vnto the: yf thou shalt kepe the commandementes of the Lord thy God and walke in his wayes.

¹³ Neuertheles, the tenthe part shall remayne there in, for it shall conuerte and be frutefull. And lykewyse as the Terebyntes and Oketrees brynge forthe theyr frutes, so shall the holye sede haue frute.

¹² For they whome the Lorde delyuereth, shalbe called the holy people: and as for the, thou shalt be named the greatly occupied, and not the forsaken.

² Thou sonne of man set thy face toward Ierusalem, speake against the Sanctuary, & prophecie againste the lande of Israel, saye to the lande of Israel:

²⁴ He shalbe myghty and stronge, but not in his owne strength. He shall destroye aboue measure, and all that he goeth aboute shall prospere: he shall slaye the stronge and holye people.

⁷ Then hearde I the man with the lynen clothes, whiche stode aboue vpon the waters of the floude: when he helde vp his right and lefte hande vnto heauen, and sware, by hym whyche liueth for euer: that it shall tary for a tyme, two tymes and halfe a tyme: & when the power of the holy people is cleane scatred abroade, then shal al these thinges be fulfilled.

¹⁴ whiche gaue hym selfe for vs, to redeme vs from al vnryghtuousnes and to pourge vs a peculyar people vnto him selfe, feruently geuen vnto good workes.

⁹ But ye are a chosen generacyon, a royall priesthode, an holye nacyon and a peculyar people that ye shoulde shewe the vertues of hym that called you oute of darkenes into his marueylous lyght,
