³ whatsoever hath hoof and divideth it into two claws and cheweth cud among the beasts, that shall ye eat.

⁶ And these words which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart. ⁷ And thou shalt whet them on thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou art at home in thine house and as thou walkest by the way; and when thou liest down and when thou risest up.

³ Thou shalt eat no leavened bread therewith: but shalt eat therewith the bread of tribulation seven days long. For thou camest out of the land of Egypt in haste, that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest out of the land of Egypt, all days of thy life. ⁴ And see that there be no leavened bread seen in all thy coasts seven days long, and that there remain nothing of the flesh which thou hast offered the first day at evening, until the morning. ⁵ Thou mayest not offer Passover in any of thy cities which the LORD thy God giveth thee: ⁶ But in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to make his name dwell in, there thou shalt offer Passover at evening about the going down of the sun, even in the season that thou camest out of Egypt. ⁷ And thou shalt seethe and eat it in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen, and depart on the morrow and get thee unto thy tent. ⁸ Six days thou shalt eat sweet bread, and the seventh day is for the people to come together to the LORD thy God, that thou mayest do no work.

¹ O Blessed is the man that hath not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stood in the way of sinners, and hath not sat in the seat of the scornful. ² But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in his law will he exercise himself, day and night.

¹ My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and keep my commandments by thee, ² that thou wilt incline thin ears unto wisdom; apply thine heart then to understanding.

¹⁰ When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and thy soul delighteth in knowledge;

⁶ Forsake ignorance, and ye shall live: and see that ye go in the way of understanding."

¹¹ These were the noblest of birth among them of Thessalonica, which received the word with all diligence of mind, and searched the scriptures daily whether those things were even so.
