Leviticus 24:14-16

14 Bring forth he who has cursed outside the camp and let all who heard him lay their hands upon his head and let all the congregation stone him.
15 And you will speak to the sons of Israel, saying, Whoever curses his God will bear his sin. 16 And he who blasphemes the name of Jehovah, he will surely be put to death. All the congregation will certainly stone him. As well the traveler, as the home-born, when he blasphemes the Name, will be put to death.

Numbers 15:35-36
