³⁴ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of tabernacles for seven days to Jehovah.

¹⁶ and the feast of harvest, the first-fruits of your labors, which you sow in the field and the feast of ingathering at the end of the year, when you gather in your labors out of the field.

²² And you will observe the feast of weeks, even of the first-fruits of wheat harvest and the feast of ingathering in the middle of the year.

¹² And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month you* will have a holy convocation. You* will do no job work and you* will keep a feast to Jehovah seven days.

¹³ You will keep the feast of tabernacles seven days after you have gathered in from your threshing-floor and from your winepress. ¹⁴ And you will rejoice in your feast, you and your son and your daughter and your man-servant and your maid-servant and the Levite and the traveler and the fatherless and the widow, who are within your gates.
¹⁵ Seven days you will keep a feast to Jehovah your God in the place which Jehovah will choose, because Jehovah your God will bless you in all your increase and in all the work of your hands and you will be altogether joyful.

⁴ And they kept the feast of tabernacles as it is written and offered the daily burnt offerings by number according to the ordinance, as the duty of every day required.

¹⁴ And they found written in the law how that Jehovah had commanded by Moses that the sons of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month,

¹⁶ And it will happen, that everyone who is left of all the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, Jehovah of hosts and to keep the feast of tabernacles. ¹⁷ And it will be, that of the families of the earth he who does not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Jehovah of hosts, upon them there will be no rain.
¹⁸ And if the family of Egypt does not go up and does not come, that there will be the plague with which Jehovah will kill* the nations that do not go up to keep the feast of tabernacles. ¹⁹ This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

¹⁴ And the Word became flesh and resided among us (and we saw his glory, glory like that of the only begotten from the Father), full of favor and truth.

² Now the feast of the Jews, that is, the Feast of Tabernacles, was near.

⁹ In faith, he sojourned in the land of promise, as an alien, having dwelt in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the joint heirs of the same promise.
