Genesis 12:7

7 And Jehovah appeared to Abram and said, I will give this land to your seed. And there he built an altar to Jehovah, who appeared to him.

Genesis 17:1-27

1 And when Abram was ninety-nine years old, Jehovah appeared to Abram and said to him, I am God Almighty, walk before me and you will be perfect. 2 And I will make my covenant between you and me and will multiply you exceedingly.
3 And Abram fell on his face. And God talked with him, saying, 4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with you and you will be the father of a multitude of nations. 5 Neither will your name any more be called Abram, but your name will be Abraham, because I have made you the father of a multitude of nations. 6 And I will make you exceedingly fruitful. 9 And God said to Abraham, And as for you, you will keep my covenant, you and your seed after you throughout their generations. 10 This is my covenant, which you* will keep, between me and you* and your seed after you; every male among you* will be circumcised. 11 And you* will be circumcised in the flesh of your* foreskin and it will be a sign of a covenant between me and you*.
12 And he who is eight days old will be circumcised among you*, every male throughout your* generations: he who is born in the house, or bought with money of any foreigner that is not of your seed. 13 He who is born in your house and he who is bought with your money, must be circumcised. And my covenant will be in your* flesh for an everlasting covenant. 14 And the uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, that soul will be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.
15 And God said to Abraham, As for Sarai your wife, you will not call her name Sarai, but her name will be Sarah. 16 And I will bless her. And moreover I will give you a son by her. Yes, I will bless her and she will be a mother of nations; kings of peoples will be by her.
17 Then Abraham fell upon his face and laughed and said in his heart, Shall a child be born to him who is a hundred years old? And will Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear? 18 And Abraham said to God, Oh that Ishmael might live before you!
19 And God said, No, but Sarah your wife will bear you a son and you will call his name Isaac. And I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant for his seed after him. 20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I have blessed him and will make him fruitful and will multiply him exceedingly. He will father twelve princes and I will make him a great nation. 21 But I will establish my covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you at this set time in the next year. 22 And he left off talking with him and God went up from Abraham.
23 And Abraham took Ishmael his son and all who were born in his house and all who were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's house and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in the same day, as God had said to him.
24 And Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin. 25 And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin. 26 In the same day Abraham was circumcised and Ishmael his son. 27 And all the men of his house, those born in the house and those bought with money from a foreigner, were circumcised with him.

Genesis 24:7

7 Jehovah, the God of heaven, who took me from my father's house and from the land of my nativity and who spoke to me and who swore to me, saying, To your seed I will give this land. He will send his messenger before you and you will take a wife for my son from there.

Joshua 15:4

Joshua 19:1-38

10 And the third lot came up for the sons of Zebulun according to their families. And the border of their inheritance was to Sarid, 11 and their border went up westward, even to Maralah and reached to Dabbesheth and it reached to the brook that is before Jokneam, 12 and it turned from Sarid eastward toward the sun-rising to the border of Chisloth-tabor and it went out to Daberath and went up to Japhia. 13 And from there it passed along eastward to Gath-hepher, to Eth-kazin and it went out at Rimmon which stretches to Neah, 14 and the border turned about it on the north to Hannathon. And the goings out of it were at the valley of Iphtahel, 15 and Kattath and Nahalal and Shimron and Idalah and Bethlehem; twelve cities with their villages.
16 This is the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.
17 The fourth lot came out for Issachar, even for the sons of Issachar according to their families. 18 And their border was to Jezreel and Chesulloth and Shunem, 19 and Hapharaim and Shion and Anaharath, 20 and Rabbith and Kishion and Ebez, 21 and Remeth and En-gannim and En-haddah and Beth-pazzez, 22 and the border reached to Tabor and Shahazumah and Beth-shemesh. And the goings out of their border were at the Jordan; sixteen cities with their villages.
23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar according to their families, the cities with their villages.
24 And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of the sons of Asher according to their families. 25 And their border was Helkath and Hali and Beten and Achshaph, 26 and Allammelech and Amad and Mishal and it reached to Carmel westward and to Shihor-libnath, 27 and it turned toward the sun-rising to Beth-dagon and reached to Zebulun and to the valley of Iph-tah-el northward to Beth-emek and Neiel and it went out to Cabul on the left hand, 28 and Ebron and Rehob and Hammon and Kanah, even to great Sidon, 29 and the border turned to Ramah and to the fortified city of Tyre and the border turned to Hosah. And the goings out of it were at the sea by the region of Achzib, 30 also Ummah and Aphek and Rehob; twenty-two cities with their villages.
31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.
32 The sixth lot came out for the sons of Naphtali, even for the sons of Naphtali according to their families. 33 And their border was from Heleph, from the oak in Zaanannim and Adami-nekeb and Jabneel, to Lakkum. And the goings out of it were at the Jordan. 34 And the border turned westward to Aznoth-tabor and went out from there to Hukkok and it reached to Zebulun on the south and reached to Asher on the west and to Judah at the Jordan toward the sun-rising.
35 And the fortified cities were Ziddim, Zer and Hammath, Rakkath and Chinnereth, 36 and Adamah and Ramah and Hazor, 37 and Kedesh and Edrei and En-hazor, 38 and Iron and Migdal-el, Horem and Beth-anath and Beth-shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.

Galatians 3:15-17
