¹ Hezekiah began to reign when he was twenty-five years old and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah.

¹ Now it happened in the third year of Hoshea son of Elah King of Israel, that Hezekiah the son of Ahaz king of Judah began to reign. ² He was twenty-five years old when he began to reign and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abi the daughter of Zechariah.

⁵ And he set himself to seek God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the vision of God. And as long as he sought Jehovah, God made him to prosper.
