¹⁴ For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under Law, but under grace.

⁷ Let Israel hope in Jehovah; for with Jehovah there is mercy, and with Him is plentiful redemption. ⁸ And He shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

¹⁹ He will turn again; He will have pity on us. He will trample our iniquities. Yea, You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

²¹ And she shall bear a son, and you shall call His name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins.

¹⁷ For the Law came through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

³⁶ Therefore if the Son shall make you free, you shall be free indeed.

¹⁹ But we know that whatever things the Law says, it says to those who are under the Law; so that every mouth may be stopped and all the world may be under judgment before God, ²⁰ because by the works of the Law none of all flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law is the knowledge of sin.

¹⁶ Therefore it is of faith so that it might be according to grace; for the promise to be made sure to all the seed, not only to that which is of the Law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all

²⁰ But the Law entered so that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound, ²¹ so that as sin has reigned to death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

¹² Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.

¹⁵ What then? Shall we sin because we are not under Law, but under grace? Let it not be!

⁴ So, my brothers, you also have become dead to the law by the body of Christ so that you should be married to Another, even to Him raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit to God. ⁵ For when we were in the flesh, the passions of sin worked in our members through the law to bring forth fruit to death. ⁶ But now we having been set free from the Law, having died to that in which we were held, so that we serve in newness of spirit and not in oldness of the letter. ⁷ What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Let it not be said! But I did not know sin except through the law. For also I did not know lust except the law said, You shall not lust. ⁸ But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, worked in me all kinds of lust. For apart from law sin was dead. ⁹ For I was alive without the law once. But when the commandment came, sin revived and I died. ¹⁰ And the commandment, which was to life, was found to be death to me. ¹¹ For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it killed me.

² But the Law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

¹² Therefore, brothers, we are not debtors to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.

⁶ But if by grace, then it is no more of works; otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it is of works, then it is no more of grace; otherwise work is no more work.

⁶ who also has made us able ministers of the new covenant; not of the letter, but of the spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit makes alive. ⁷ But if the ministry of death, having been engraved in letters in stone was with glory (so that the sons of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses because of the glory of his face), which was being done away; ⁸ shall not the ministry of the Spirit be with more glory? ⁹ For if the ministry of condemnation is glorious, much more does the ministry of righteousness exceed in glory.

²³ But before faith came, we were kept under Law, having been shut up to the faith about to be revealed.

⁴ But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, coming into being out of a woman, having come under Law, ⁵ that He might redeem those under Law, so that we might receive the adoption of sons.

²¹ Tell me, those desiring to be under Law, do you not hear the Law?

¹⁸ But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under law.

¹⁴ who gave Himself for us that He might redeem us from all iniquity and purify to Himself a special people, zealous of good works.

¹⁰ "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My Laws into their mind and write them in their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
