¹ And after these things I heard a great sound of a numerous crowd in Heaven, saying, Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and honor and the power to the Lord our God!

¹¹ O Jehovah, Yours is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty. For all in the heavens and in the earth is Yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Jehovah, and You lift up Yourself to all as Head.

⁸ Salvation belongs to Jehovah. Your blessing is on Your people. Selah.

¹ Praise Jehovah. O give thanks to Jehovah; for He is good; for His mercy endures forever.

¹ Praise Jehovah! I will praise Jehovah with all my heart, in the council of the upright, and of the congregation.

¹⁸ But we will bless Jehovah from this time forth and forevermore. Praise Jehovah!

¹ Praise Jehovah. Praise Jehovah, O my soul.

¹ Praise Jehovah! Praise Jehovah from the heavens; praise Him in the heights.

¹ Praise Jehovah! Sing to Jehovah a new song, His praise in the congregation of saints.

¹ Praise Jehovah. Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in the expanse of His power.

⁹ but I will sacrifice to You with the voice of thanksgiving; I will fulfill that which I have vowed. Salvation belongs to Jehovah!

¹³ And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil. For Yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

¹⁶ But for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all long-suffering, as a pattern to those being about to believe on Him to life everlasting. ¹⁷ Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁰ the twenty-four elders fell down before the One sitting on the throne. And they worshiped Him who lives for ever and ever, and threw their crowns before the throne, saying, ¹¹ O Lord, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because You created all things, and for Your will they are and were created.

⁹ And they sang a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the book and to open its seals, for You were slain and have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every kindred and tongue and people and nation. ¹⁰ And You made us kings and priests to our God, and we will reign over the earth. ¹¹ And I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and the living creatures and the elders. And the number of them was myriads and myriads, and thousands of thousands, ¹² saying with a great voice, Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing. ¹³ And I heard every creature which is in the Heaven and on the earth, and under the earth, and those that are in the sea, and all who are in them, saying, Blessing and honor and glory and power be to Him sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb forever and ever.

¹⁰ And they cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb. ¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne, and the elders, and the four living creatures, and they fell before the throne on their faces and worshiped God, ¹² saying, Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁵ And the seventh angel sounded. And there were great voices in Heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ. And He will reign forever and ever.

¹⁰ And I heard a great voice saying in Heaven, Now has come the salvation and power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers is cast down, who accused them before our God day and night.

¹ And after these things I saw another angel come down from Heaven, having great authority. And the earth was lighted up from his glory. ² And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great has fallen, has fallen! And it has become the dwelling-place of demons, and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a cage of every unclean bird which has been hated, ³ because of the wine of the anger of her fornication which all the nations have drunk. And the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her. And the merchants of the earth became rich from the power of her luxury. ⁴ And I heard another voice from Heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that you may not be partakers of her sins, and that you may not receive of her plagues. ⁵ For her sins joined together, even up to Heaven, and God has remembered her unjust deeds. ⁶ Reward her as she has rewarded you, and double to her double, according to her works. In the cup which she mixed, mix double to her. ⁷ As much as she has glorified herself and has lived in luxury, so much torment and sorrow give her. For she says in her heart, I sit as a queen, and I am not a widow; and I do not see mourning at all. ⁸ Therefore her plagues will come in one day, death and mourning and famine. And she will be consumed with fire, for the Lord God who judges her is strong. ⁹ And the kings of the earth who have committed fornication and lived in luxury with her will weep for her, and will wail over her when they see the smoke of her burning; ¹⁰ standing afar off for fear of her torment, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city, Babylon, that strong city! For in one hour your judgment came. ¹¹ And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their cargo any more; ¹² the cargo of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and every ivory vessel, and every vessel of very precious wood, and of bronze, and of iron, and of marble, ¹³ and cinnamon, and incenses, and ointment, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. ¹⁴ And the fruits of the lust of your soul have departed from you, and all the fat things and the bright things departed from you, and you will find them no more, not at all. ¹⁵ The merchants of these things, who were made rich by her, will stand afar off because of the fear of her torment, weeping and mourning ¹⁶ and saying, Woe! Woe to the great city which was clothed in fine linen and purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls! ¹⁷ For in one hour such great riches was desolated. And every ship-pilot, and all the company on the ships, and sailors, and as many as work the sea, stood afar off. ¹⁸ And they cried out, seeing the smoke of her burning, saying, What is like the great city? ¹⁹ And they threw dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and mourning, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city, by which all who had ships in the sea were rich out of her costliness! For in one hour she was ruined. ²⁰ Rejoice over her, Heaven, and the holy apostles, and the prophets, since God judged your judgment on her. ²¹ And one strong angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, So on an impulse the great city, Babylon, will be thrown down and not at all will be found any more. ²² And the voice of harpers, and of musicians. and flutists, and of trumpeters will be heard no more at all in you. And every craftsman of any craft will not be found any more in you. And the sound of a mill will never more be heard at all in you. ²³ And the light of a lamp will never more shine at all in you. And the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride will never more be heard at all in you. For your merchants were the great ones of the earth; for by your sorceries all nations were deceived. ²⁴ And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all those who were slain on the earth.

³ And secondly they said, Hallelujah! And her smoke rose up forever and ever. ⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God sitting on the throne, saying, Amen! Hallelujah!

⁶ And I heard as the sound of a great multitude, and as the sound of many waters, and as the sound of strong thunders, saying, Hallelujah! For the Lord God omnipotent reigns!
