¹ Jehovah reigns; let the peoples tremble. He sits between the cherubs; let the earth quake.

²² And I will meet with you there, and I will talk with you from above the mercy-seat, from between the two cherubs on the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give you in commandment to the sons of Israel.

⁶ Yea, I have set My king on My holy hill, on Zion.

¹¹ Serve Jehovah with fear, and rejoice with trembling. ¹² Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled in but a little time. Blessed are all who put their trust in Him.

¹⁰ And He rode on a cherub, and flew; yea, He soared on the wings of the wind.

⁸ Your hand shall find out all Your enemies; Your right hand shall find out those who hate You. ⁹ You shall make them as a fiery oven in the time of Your presence; Jehovah will swallow them up in His wrath, and the fire shall devour them.

⁵ They neither know nor will understand; they walk on in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

¹ Jehovah reigns, He is clothed with majesty; Jehovah is clothed with strength. He clothed Himself and the world is established; it shall not be shaken.

¹⁰ Say among the nations, Jehovah reigns; and the world shall be established; it shall not be moved; He shall judge the peoples in uprightness.

¹ Jehovah reigns; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of islands be glad.

⁴ His lightnings lit up the world; the earth saw and trembled.

¹⁴ Jehovah has mixed a perverse spirit in its midst; and they have caused Egypt to go astray in all its work, like a drunkard staggers in his vomit.

¹⁹ The earth is breaking, breaking! The earth is crashing, crashing! The earth is tottering, tottering! ²⁰ Like a drunkard the earth is staggering, staggering! And it rocks to and fro like a tree-hut! And its sins heavy on it; and it shall fall and not rise again.

²⁴ I looked on the mountains, and, lo, they quaked; and all the hills were shaken.

²² Do you not fear Me? says Jehovah. Will you not tremble at My presence, I who have placed the sand for the boundary of the sea by a never-ending decree, so that it cannot pass it? And though they toss themselves, yet they cannot prevail; though its waves roar, yet they cannot pass over it?

²¹ The earth is shaken at the noise of their fall; when they cried, its noise was heard in the Red Sea.

⁴⁶ At the sound of the capture of Babylon the earth shall tremble, and a cry is heard among the nations.

¹ And I looked, and behold! In the expanse over the head of the cherubs was seen the appearance of the form of a throne, like a sapphire stone, above them. ² And He spoke to the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in among the wheels, under the cherub, and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubs, and scatter them on the city. And he went in before me. ³ And the cherubs were standing on the right side of the house when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court. ⁴ And the glory of Jehovah rose from the cherub, over the threshold of the house. And the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of Jehovah's glory. ⁵ And the sound of the cherubs' wings was heard over the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when He speaks. ⁶ And it happened when He had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubs; he went in then and stood beside the wheels. ⁷ And a cherub stretched out his hand from between the cherubs to the fire between the cherubs, and he lifted it and put it into the hands of the one clothed with linen. And he took it and went out. ⁸ And the form of a man's hand was seen under the wings of the cherubs. ⁹ And I looked, and behold, the four wheels were beside the cherubs, one wheel was by one cherub, and another wheel by one cherub; and the wheels looked like the color of a stone of Tarshish. ¹⁰ And their appearance was as one, the four of them, as if the wheel were in the midst of the wheel. ¹¹ When they went, they went on their four sides. They did not turn as they went, for to the place where the head faces, after it they went. They did not turn as they went. ¹² And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels were full of eyes all around, even their wheels that the four of them had. ¹³ As for the wheels, it was cried to them in my hearing, Whirling wheel! ¹⁴ And four faces were to each one. The first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. ¹⁵ And the cherubs rose up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar. ¹⁶ And when the cherubs went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubs lifted their wings to soar from the earth, the wheels did not turn from beside them, even they. ¹⁷ When they stood still, these stood still, and when they rose up, these lifted up. For the spirit of the living creature was in them. ¹⁸ And the glory of Jehovah went from the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubs. ¹⁹ And the cherubs lifted up their wings and rose up from the earth in my sight. When they went out, the wheels also were beside them. And he stood at the door of the eastern gate of Jehovah's house. And the glory of the God of Israel was over them from above. ²⁰ This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar, and I knew that they were cherubs. ²¹ Four, even four faces are to each; and four wings to each. And the form of a man's hands was under their wings. ²² And the form of their faces, they are the faces that I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances even theirs. They each went straight forward.

¹² Therefore He said, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive a kingdom for himself, and to return.

¹⁴ But his citizens hated him. And they sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this one to reign over us.

²⁷ But those who are my enemies, who did not desire that I should reign over them, bring them here and slay them before me.

¹² Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, cultivate your own salvation with fear and trembling.

¹⁴ And the heaven departed like a scroll when it is rolled together. And every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

¹⁷ saying, We thank You, O Lord God Almighty, who are, and who was, and who is coming, because You took Your great power and reigned.

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne, and Him sitting on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And a place was not found for them.
