¹ A Psalm for the sons of Korah, A Song. His foundation is in the holy mountains.

¹ And Solomon began to build the house of Jehovah at Jerusalem in Mount Moriah, where He appeared to David his father, in the place that David had prepared in the threshing-floor of Ornan the Jebusite.

¹ A Song and Psalm for the Sons of Korah. Great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of His holiness. ² Beautiful on high, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

¹⁶ Why do you gaze in envy, O mountain range, at the mountain God has chosen for His resting place? Yes, Jehovah will dwell in it forever.

¹ A Song of degrees. I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where shall my help come from?

² And it shall be, in the last days the mountain of Jehovah's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow into it. ³ And many people shall go and say, Come, and let us go to the mountain of Jehovah, to the house of the God of Jacob. And He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths. For out of Zion shall go out the Law, and the Word of Jehovah from Jerusalem.

¹⁶ therefore so says the Lord Jehovah, Behold, I place in Zion a Stone for a foundation, a tried Stone, a precious Cornerstone, a sure Foundation; he who believes shall not hurry.

⁷ even them I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on My altar; for My house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples,

³ So says Jehovah: I have returned to Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a City of Truth, and the mountain of Jehovah of Hosts, the Holy Mountain.

¹⁸ And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

¹⁰ According to the grace of God which is given to me, as a wise master builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let every man be careful how he builds on it. ¹¹ For any other foundation can no one lay than the one being laid, who is Jesus Christ.

²⁰ and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, ²¹ in whom every building having been fitly framed together, grows into a holy sanctuary in the Lord; ²² in whom you also are built together for a dwelling place of God through the Spirit.

⁴ For having been drawn to Him, a living Stone, indeed rejected by men, but elect, precious with God; ⁵ you also as living stones are built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ⁶ Therefore also it is contained in the Scripture: "Behold, I lay in Zion a chief corner Stone, elect, precious, and he who believes on Him shall never be ashamed." ⁷ Therefore to you who believe is the honor. But to those who are disobedient, He is the Stone which the builders rejected; this One came to be the Head of the corner, ⁸ and a Stone-of-stumbling and a Rock-of-offense to those disobeying, who stumble at the Word, to which they also were appointed.

¹⁸ And we heard this voice being borne from Heaven, being with Him in the holy mountain.
