⁹ The meek He will guide in judgment; and the meek He will teach His way.

²⁶ The meek shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek Jehovah shall praise Him; your heart shall live forever.

³ He restores my soul; He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.

¹¹ Teach me Your way, O Jehovah, and lead me in a plain path, because of my enemies.

⁸ I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you, My eye shall be on you. ⁹ Be not like the horse, or like the mule, who have no understanding, whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, so that they do not come near you.

²⁴ You shall lead me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.

³⁵ Cause me to walk in the path of Your Commandments; for I delight in them.

⁶⁶ Teach me good judgment and knowledge; for I have believed Your Commandments.

¹⁰ Teach me to do Your will; for You are my God; Your Spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

⁶ Jehovah lifts up the meek; He throws the wicked down to the ground.

⁴ For Jehovah takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the meek with salvation.

⁵ Trust in Jehovah with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding. ⁶ In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

²⁰ I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment;

⁴ But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, and shall decide with uprightness for the meek of the earth. And He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked.

¹ Behold My Servant, whom I uphold; My Elect, in whom My soul delights. I have put My Spirit on Him; He shall bring out judgment to the nations. ² He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause His voice to be heard in the street. ³ A bruised reed He shall not break, and a smoking wick He shall not quench; He shall bring out judgment to truth.

¹ The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is on Me; because Jehovah has anointed Me to preach the Gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;

¹⁹ And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. And I will remove the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh, ²⁰ so that they may walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances, and do them. And they shall be My people, and I will be their God.

²⁷ And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments and do them.

³ Seek Jehovah, all the meek of the earth who have done His justice; seek righteousness; seek meekness. It may be you shall be hidden in the day of Jehovah's anger.

⁵ Blessed are the meek! For they shall inherit the earth.

⁶ Jesus said to him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but by Me.

² and asked letters from him to Damascus to the synagogues; so that if he found any of the Way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.

¹⁰ and said, O son of the Devil, full of all deceit and all craftiness, enemy of all righteousness, will you not stop perverting the right ways of the Lord?

²⁰ by a new and living way which He has consecrated for us through the veil, that is to say, His flesh;

²¹ Therefore putting aside all filthiness and overflowing of evil, receive in meekness the implanted Word, which is able to save your souls.

⁴ but let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, the meek and quiet spirit, which is of great price in the sight of God.

¹⁵ but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and be ready always to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason of the hope in you, with meekness and fear;
