¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

¹ In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

⁶ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; the staff of Your kingdom is a staff of righteousness.

²² Jehovah possessed me from the beginning of His way, before His works of old. ²³ I was anointed from everlasting, from the beginning, before the earth ever was. ²⁴ When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no springs heavy with water. ²⁵ Before the mountains were settled, before the hills, I was brought forth. ²⁶ before He had made the earth, or the fields or the highest part of the dust of the world. ²⁷ When He prepared the heavens, I was there; when He set a circle upon the face of the deep; ²⁸ when He set the clouds above; when He made the strong fountains of the deep; ²⁹ when He gave to the sea its limit that the waters should not pass His command; when He appointed the foundations of the earth; ³⁰ even I was a workman at His side; and I was daily His delight, rejoicing always before Him; ³¹ rejoicing in the world, His earth; and my delight was with the sons of men.

¹⁴ So, the Lord Himself shall give you a sign. Behold, the virgin will conceive and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel.

⁶ For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be on His shoulder; and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

⁹ Go up for yourself on the high mountain, bringer of good tidings to Zion. Lift up your voice with strength, O you who bring good tidings to Jerusalem; lift up, do not be afraid. Say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God! ¹⁰ Behold, the Lord Jehovah will come with a strong hand, and His arm shall rule for Him; behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him. ¹¹ He shall feed His flock like a shepherd; He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and shall gently lead those with young.

²³ "Behold, the virgin shall conceive in her womb, and will bear a son. And they will call His name Emmanuel," which being interpreted is, God with us.

² He was in the beginning with God.

¹⁴ And the Word became flesh, and tabernacled among us. And we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and of truth.

¹⁸ No one has seen God at any time; the Only-begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

³⁰ I and the Father are one! ³¹ Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. ³² Jesus answered them, I have shown you many good works from My Father; for which of these do you stone Me? ³³ The Jews answered Him, saying, We do not stone you for a good work, but for blasphemy, and because you, being a man, make yourself God.

²⁸ I came forth from the Father, and have come into the world. Again I leave the world and go to the Father.

⁵ And now Father, glorify Me with Yourself with the glory which I had with You before the world was.

²⁸ And Thomas answered and said to Him, My Lord and my God!

⁵ whose are the fathers, and of whom is the Christ according to flesh, He being God over all, blessed forever. Amen.

⁹ and to bring to light what is the fellowship of the mystery which from eternity has been hidden in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ;

⁶ who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God,

¹⁷ And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.

¹⁶ And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among nations, believed on in the world, and received up into glory.

¹³ looking for the blessed hope, and the appearance of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,

⁸ But to the Son He says, "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom. ⁹ You have loved righteousness and hated iniquity, therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness above Your fellows." ¹⁰ And, "You, Lord, have laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the works of Your hands. ¹¹ They shall perish, but You will remain. And they shall all become old as a garment, ¹² and as a covering You shall fold them up, and they shall be changed. But You are the same, and Your years shall not fail." ¹³ But to which of the angels, did He say at any time, "Sit on My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool?"

³ without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, he remains a priest continually.

⁸ Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and forever.

¹ Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of our God and our Savior Jesus Christ,

¹ That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of Life, ² (for the Life was revealed, and we have seen it and bear witness, and show to you the everlasting Life, who was with the Father and was revealed to us),

⁷ For there are three that bear witness {\I in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one.

²⁰ And we know that the Son of God has come, and He has given us an understanding so that we may know Him who is true. And we are in Him that is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and the everlasting life.

⁸ I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, says the Lord, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.

¹¹ saying, I am the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last. Also, What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergamos, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.

¹⁷ And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. And He laid His right hand upon me, saying to me, Do not fear, I am the First and the Last,

⁸ And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: The First and the Last, who became dead and lived, says these things:

¹⁴ And to the angel of the church of the Laodicea write: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Head of the creation of God, says these things:

¹³ And He had been clothed in a garment dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

⁶ And He said to me, It is done. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who thirsts I will give of the fountain of the Water of Life freely.
