Isaiah 66:19-20

19 And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those who escape from them to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, drawers of the bow; to Tubal, and Javan, to the far away coasts that have not heard My fame, nor have seen My glory. It shall be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them, and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in their midst forever. 27 And My tabernacle shall be with them. Yea, I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 28 And the nations shall know that I Jehovah sanctify Israel, when My sanctuary shall be in their midst forever.

Ezekiel 39:25-29
