²⁶ Lift up your eyes on high, and behold, who has created these, who brings out their host by number? He calls them all by names by the greatness of His might, for He is strong in power; not one is lacking.

¹ And the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. ² And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made. And He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.

¹⁹ and lest you lift up your eyes to the heavens, and when you see the sun, and the moon, and the stars, all the host of heaven, lest you should be driven to worship them and serve them, which Jehovah your God has allotted to all nations under all the heavens.

²⁶ if I looked to the light when it shone, or the moon walking in brightness, ²⁷ and my heart has been secretly enticed, or my mouth has kissed my hand; ²⁸ this also would be an iniquity for the judges; for I would have denied the God above.

³ When I look at Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars which You have established; ⁴ what is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man, that You visit him?

¹¹ The heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; You have founded the world and its fullness. ¹² The north and the south, You have created them; Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in Your name. ¹³ You have a mighty arm; Your hand is strong, and Your right hand is high.

²⁵ Of old You have laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the work of Your hands.

⁴ He appoints the number of the stars; He calls them all by their names. ⁵ Great is our LORD, and of great power; There is no limit to His understanding.

³ Praise Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all stars of light. ⁴ Praise Him, heavens of heavens, and waters that are above the heavens. ⁵ Let them praise the name of Jehovah; for He commanded, and they were created. ⁶ He has also settled them forever and ever; He has made a decree which shall not pass away.

¹⁶ Seek out of the book of Jehovah, and read; not one of these shall fail, none shall lack its mate; for My mouth has commanded, and His Spirit has gathered them.

⁵ So says Jehovah God, He who created the heavens and stretched them out, spreading out the earth and its offspring; He who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it.

²⁴ So says Jehovah, your Redeemer, and He who formed you from the womb, I am Jehovah who makes all things; who stretches out the heavens alone; who spreads out the earth; who was with Me?

⁷ forming the light and creating darkness; making peace and creating evil. I Jehovah do all these things.

¹³ My hand also has laid the foundation of the earth, and My right hand has stretched out the heavens. I called; they stood up together.

⁶ Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look on the earth beneath; for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall become old like a garment; and its inhabitants shall die in the same way. But My salvation shall be forever, and My righteousness shall not be broken.

¹¹ So you shall say to them, The gods who have not made the heavens and the earth, they shall perish from the earth and from under these heavens. ¹² He has made the earth by His power; He has established the world by His wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens by His judgment.

¹⁷ Ah, Lord Jehovah! You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and stretched out arm. Nothing is too great for You. ¹⁸ You show loving-kindness to thousands, and repay the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their sons after them. The great, the mighty God, Jehovah of Hosts, is His name, ¹⁹ great in wisdom and mighty in work; for Your eyes are open on all the ways of the sons of men, to give every one according to his ways and according to the fruit of his doings.

¹⁶ For all things were created in Him, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers, all things were created through Him and for Him. ¹⁷ And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.
