And the dead shall be his. ³⁵ And in the event the ox of a man damages the ox of a neighbor, so that it dies, then they shall sell the living ox, and they shall divide the money of it. And they shall also divide the dead ox. ³⁶ Or if it is known that the ox has been apt to gore in time past, and his owner has not kept him in, he shall surely pay ox for ox. And the dead shall be his own.

⁶ If fire breaks out and catches in thorns, so that the stacks of grain, or the standing grain, or the field, is burned up, he who kindled the fire shall surely repay in full.

⁴ And if the people of the land in any way hide their eyes from the man when he gives of his seed to Molech, and do not kill him,

¹⁰ And a man who commits adultery with a man's wife, who commits adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. ¹¹ And the man who lies with his father's wife has uncovered his father's nakedness. Both of them shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be on them.

And the water that causes the curse shall enter into her and become bitter. ²⁵ Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman's hand and shall wave the offering before Jehovah, and offer it upon the altar. ²⁶ And the priest shall take a handful of the offering, as a memorial of it, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward he shall cause the woman to drink the water. ²⁷ And when he has made her drink the water, then it shall be, if she is defiled and has committed a trespass against her husband, the water that causes the curse shall enter into her and become bitter. And her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall fall away. And the woman shall be a curse among her people.

³⁵ And Jehovah said to Moses, The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp. ³⁶ And all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died, even as Jehovah commanded Moses. ³⁷ And Jehovah spoke to Moses saying, ³⁸ Speak to the sons of Israel and command them that they make fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribbon of blue. ³⁹ And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look upon it and remember all the commands of Jehovah, and do them; and so that you do not seek after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you prostitute yourself, ⁴⁰ that you may remember and do all My commands, and be holy to your God. ⁴¹ I am Jehovah your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. I am Jehovah your God.

⁴⁰ Therefore, you shall keep His statutes and His commandments which I command you this day, so that it may go well with you and with your sons after you, and so that you may make your days longer upon the earth which Jehovah your God gives you forever.

⁵ And that prophet or that dreamer of dreams shall be put to death, because he has spoken to turn you away from Jehovah your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you out of the house of slaves, to thrust you out of the way in which Jehovah your God commanded you to walk. So you shall put the evil away from the midst of you.

²⁰ And when the righteous turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and when I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die. Because you have not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand.

⁸ And I passed by you and looked on you, and, behold, your time was the time of love. And I spread my skirt over you and covered your nakedness. And I swore to you and entered into a covenant with you, says the Lord Jehovah. And you became Mine.

³⁸ And I will judge you with judgments of adulteresses, and with shedders of blood. And I will give you blood and fury and jealousy.

For you are the temple of the living God, as God has said, "I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people."

³ But I fear lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve in his craftiness, so your thoughts should be corrupted from the simplicity due to Christ.

¹⁵ And I will very gladly spend and be spent for your souls, even if loving you more and more, I am loved the less.

¹ Brothers, if a man is overtaken in a fault, you the spiritual ones restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering yourself, lest you also be tempted. ² Bear one another's burdens, and so you will fulfill the Law of Christ.

²⁸ So men ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. ²⁹ For no man ever yet hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord loves the church.

¹⁰ that you may distinguish between things that differ, that you may be sincere and without offense until the day of Jesus Christ,

⁶ not to go beyond and defraud his brother in this matter (because the Lord is the avenger concerning all these, as we also have forewarned you and testified).

¹⁴ Now we exhort you, brothers, warn those who are unruly, comfort the faint-hearted, support the weak, be patient toward all.

²² Abstain from every appearance of evil.

¹⁴ Therefore I want the younger ones to marry, bear children, guide the house, giving no occasion to the adversary because of reproach.

¹² Because of this, straighten up the hands which hang down and the enfeebled knees. ¹³ And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way, but let it rather be healed.

⁴ Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled, but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

⁶ But let him ask in faith, doubting nothing. For he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. ⁷ For do not let that man think that he shall receive anything from the Lord; ⁸ he is a double-minded man, not dependable in all his ways.

¹⁰ Out of the same mouth proceeds blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.

¹⁹ Brothers, if anyone among you err from the truth, and if anyone turns him back, ²⁰ know that he who turns back the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

²⁵ For you were as sheep going astray, but now you are turned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.
