⁵ the gold for things of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and for all kinds of work by the hands of skillful workers. And who is willing to consecrate his service this day to Jehovah?

² Speak to the sons of Israel that they bring Me an offering. You shall take an offering from every man that gives it willingly with his heart. ³ And this is the offering which you shall take of them: gold, and silver, and brass, ⁴ and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and bleached linen, and goats' hair, ⁵ and rams' skins dyed red, and dugong skins, and acacia-wood, ⁶ oil for the light, spices for anointing oil and for sweet incense, ⁷ onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod and in the breast-pocket. ⁸ And let them make Me a sanctuary, so that I may dwell among them. ⁹ According to all that I show you, the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments of it, even so you shall make it.

⁵ Take from among you an offering to Jehovah. Whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of Jehovah: gold, and silver, and bronze, ⁶ and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and bleached linen, and goats' hair, ⁷ and rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and acacia-wood, ⁸ and oil for the light, and spices for anointing oil, and for the sweet incense, ⁹ and onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod and for the breast-pocket.

² and the rulers of Israel offered, the head men of their fathers' house, the rulers of the tribes; these were they who stood over the numbered ones. ³ And they brought their offerings before Jehovah: six covered wagons and twelve oxen, a wagon for two of the rulers, an ox for each one. And they brought them before the tabernacle.

This was the offering of Ahira the son of Enan. ⁸⁴ This was the dedication of the altar, in the day when it was anointed, by the rulers of Israel: twelve platters of silver, twelve silver basins, twelve golden pans. ⁸⁵ Each silver dish weighed a hundred and thirty shekels, each basin seventy. All the silver vessels weighed two thousand and four hundred shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel; ⁸⁶ twelve golden pans, full of incense, ten shekels each, according to the sanctuary shekel; all the gold of the pans was a hundred and twenty shekels. ⁸⁷ All the animals for the burnt offerings were twelve bulls, the rams twelve, the lambs of the first year twelve, with their food offering. And the males of the goats for a sin offering twelve. ⁸⁸ And all the animals for the sacrifice of the peace offerings were twenty-four bulls, the rams sixty, the male goats sixty, the lambs of the first year sixty. This was the dedication of the altar after it was anointed. ⁸⁹ And when Moses had gone into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with Him, then he heard the voice of One speaking to him from the mercy-seat on the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubs. And He spoke to him.

⁴ And whoever remains in any place where he resides, let the men of his place help him with silver and with gold and with goods and with animals, besides the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem. ⁵ And the chiefs of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, and all whose spirit God had raised, rose up to go up to build the house of Jehovah which is in Jerusalem. ⁶ And all those who were around them made their hands strong with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with animals, and with precious things, besides all being willingly offered.

⁶⁸ And some of the chief of the fathers, when they came to the house of Jehovah at Jerusalem, offered freely for the house of God to set it up in its place. ⁶⁹ They gave according to their ability to the treasure of the work, sixty one thousand drachmas of gold, and five thousand minas of silver, and one hundred priest's garments.

¹⁵ and to carry the silver and gold which the king and his counselors have freely offered to the God of Israel, whose house is in Jerusalem, ¹⁶ and all the silver and gold which you can find in all the province of Babylon, with the free will offering of the people and of the priests, offering willingly for the house of their God in Jerusalem.
