¹³ This their way is an offense to them: yet afterwards men will commend their sayings. Pause.

¹⁹ And you⌃ shall teach them to your children, so as to speak about them when you sit in the house, and when you walk by the way, and when you sleep, and when you rise up.

¹⁸ Blessed is the Lord God of Israel, who alone does wonders.

⁴ We are become a reproach to our neighbors, a scorn and derision to them [that are] round about us. ⁵ How long, O Lord? will you be angry for ever? shall your jealousy burn like fire? ⁶ Pour out your wrath upon the heathen that have not known you, and upon the kingdoms which have not called upon your name.

¹² And your old waste desert [places] shall be built up, and your foundations shall last through all generations; and you shall be called a repairer of breaches, and you shall cause your paths between to be in peace.

³ Tell your children concerning them, and [let] your children [tell] their children, and their children another generation.

¹¹ In that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and will rebuild the ruins of it, and will set up the parts thereof that have been broken down, and will build it up as in the ancient days:
