¹ And Jehovah spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai in the tabernacle of the congregation on the first of the second month, in the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,

¹ In the third month of the going out of the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, on this day they came to the wilderness of Sinai.

²² And I will meet you there, and will speak with you, above the mercyseat, from between the two cherubs which are on the ark of testimony, all which I shall command you concerning the sons of Israel.

² On the first day of the month, on the first of the month, you shall raise up the tent of the tabernacle of the congregation.

¹⁷ And it happened in the first month, in the second year, on the first of the month, the tabernacle was raised up.

And the cloud stayed on it in the wilderness of Paran.

¹ And it happened in the four hundred and eightieth year from the exodus of the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, in the fourth year, in the month of Zif, it is the second month, in the reigning of Solomon over Israel he built the house for Jehovah.
