³ All these were joined together to the valley of Siddim, which is the Salt Sea.

³ And your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin, along by the hand of Edom, and it shall be to you a south border from the end of the Salt Sea, eastward.

¹ These are the words which Moses spoke to all Israel beyond the Jordan; in the wilderness, in the Arabah, opposite to Suph, between Paran and Tophel, and Laban and Hazeroth, and Dizahab;

¹⁷ and the Arabah, the Jordan and its border, from Chinnereth even to the sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, under the Slopes of Pisgah eastward.

¹³ And it shall be, when the soles of the feet of the priests bearing the ark of Jehovah, Lord of all the earth, come to rest in the waters of the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan shall be cut off, the waters which come down from above. And they shall stand in one heap.

² And their south border was from the end of the Salt Sea, from the bay that looked southward.

²⁶ And He said to them, Why are you afraid, little-faiths? Then rising up, He rebuked the winds and the sea. And there was a great calm. ²⁷ And the men marveled, saying, What kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?

²⁴ But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary. ²⁵ But in the fourth watch of the night, Jesus went out to them, walking on the sea. ²⁶ And seeing Him walking on the sea, the disciples were troubled, saying, It is a ghost! And they cried out from the fear. ²⁷ But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, Be comforted! I AM! Do not fear. ²⁸ And answering, Him, Peter said, Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the waters. ²⁹ And He said, Come! And going down from the boat, Peter walked on the waters to go to Jesus. ³⁰ But seeing the strong wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink, he cried out, saying, Lord, save me! ³¹ And immediately stretching out the hand, Jesus took hold of him, and said to him, Little-faith, why did you doubt? ³² And coming into the boat, the wind ceased. ³³ And those in the boat came and worshiped Him, saying, Truly, You are the Son of God.
