²⁹ Oh that this heart of theirs would be like this always, to fear Me, and to keep all My commandments, that it might be well with them, and with their sons forever.

⁴⁰ And you shall keep His statutes and His commandments which I am commanding you today, so that it maybe well with you, and with your sons after you, and so that you may prolong your days on the earth, which Jehovah our God is giving to you all the days.

¹⁶ Honor your father and your mother, as Jehovah your God has commanded you, so that your days may be prolonged, and so that it may be well with you in the land which Jehovah your God is giving to you.

³ Hear, then, O Israel, and take heed to do it, that it may be well with you, that you may increase mightily, as Jehovah the God of your fathers has promised you, in the land flowing with milk and honey.

¹⁸ And you shall do the right thing and the good thing in the eyes of Jehovah, so that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land which Jehovah has sworn to your fathers,

¹ And you shall love Jehovah your God, and keep His charge, and His statutes and His judgments, and His commandments all the days.

²⁵ You shall not eat it in order that it may be well with you and with your sons after you, when you do that which is right in the eyes of Jehovah.

²⁸ Take heed to listen to all these words which I am commanding you, in order that it may be well with you and with your sons after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in the eyes of Jehovah your God.

¹³ Your eye shall not pity him, but you shall put away the innocent blood from Israel, and it shall be well with you.

⁷ But in every case you shall let the mother go, and take the young for yourself, so that it may be well with you, and you may prolong your days.

²⁹ If they were wise, they would understand this; they would consider their latter end. ³⁰ How could one chase a thousand, and two put a myriad to flight, if it were not their Rock that sold them, and Jehovah had shut them up?

¹ And her mother-in-law Naomi said to her, My daughter, do I not seek rest for you, that it may be well with you?

¹¹ Also Your servant is warned by them; in keeping of them is great reward.

¹³ Oh if My people had listened to me! If Israel had walked in My ways, ¹⁴ I would have subdued their enemies in a little; and I would have turned My hand against their foes. ¹⁵ the haters of Jehovah shall be found untrue to Him, and their time is forever.

³ Blessed are those keeping judgment, he who does righteousness in every season.

¹ Aleph Blessed are the upright in the way, who walk in the law of Jehovah. ² Blessed are those keeping His testimonies, who seek Him with the whole heart. ³ They also do not work evil; they walk in His way. ⁴ You have commanded to carefully keep Your precepts. ⁵ O that my ways were fixed to keep Your statutes!

¹⁰ Say to the righteous that it is well; for they shall eat of the fruit of their doings.

¹⁸ Oh that you had listened to My commands! Then your peace would have been like the river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.

¹⁴ who says, I will build myself a wide house and large upper rooms. And he cuts out windows for it and covers with cedar, and paints with vermilion. ¹⁵ Do you reign because you lust to excel in cedar? Did not your father eat and drink and do justice and righteousness? Then it was well for him.

⁴ However, I sent to you all my servants the prophets, rising early and sending, saying, Oh, do not commit this abominable thing which I hate!

³¹ And they come to you as people come, and they sit before you as My people. And they hear your words, but they do not do them. For they produce much love with their mouth, but their heart goes after their unjust gain. ³² And, behold, you are to them as a singer of love songs with a beautiful voice, and playing well on an instrument. For they hear your words, but they are not doing them.

³⁷ Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one killing the prophets and stoning those sent to her. How often I desired to gather your children in the way a bird gathers her chicks under her wings! And you did not desire it.

²⁸ But He said, No; rather, blessed are those hearing the Word of God, and keeping it.

⁴² saying, If you had known, even you, even at least in this day of yours, the things for your peace! But now they were hidden from your eyes.

¹⁴ You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

²⁰ Then on behalf of Christ, we are ambassadors, as God is exhorting through us, we beseech on behalf of Christ, Be reconciled to God.

¹ But working together, we also call on you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

³ "that it may be well with you, and you may be long-lived on the earth". Deut. 5:16

²⁵ Watch that you do not refuse the One speaking; for if these did not escape who refused Him who divinely warned them on earth, much rather we, those turning away from Heaven;

²⁵ But the one looking into the perfect law of liberty, and continuing in it, this one not having become a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in his doing.

¹⁴ Blessed are the ones doing His commands, that their authority will be over the Tree of Life, and by the gates they may enter into the city.
