²⁵ You shall not eat it in order that it may be well with you and with your sons after you, when you do that which is right in the eyes of Jehovah.

²⁶ And he said, If you carefully listen to the voice of Jehovah your God, and do what is right in His eyes, and you give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will not put on you all the diseases which I have put on Egypt; for I am Jehovah your healer.

⁴⁰ And you shall keep His statutes and His commandments which I am commanding you today, so that it maybe well with you, and with your sons after you, and so that you may prolong your days on the earth, which Jehovah our God is giving to you all the days.

¹⁶ Honor your father and your mother, as Jehovah your God has commanded you, so that your days may be prolonged, and so that it may be well with you in the land which Jehovah your God is giving to you.

¹⁸ And you shall do the right thing and the good thing in the eyes of Jehovah, so that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land which Jehovah has sworn to your fathers,

²⁸ Take heed to listen to all these words which I am commanding you, in order that it may be well with you and with your sons after you forever, when you do that which is good and right in the eyes of Jehovah your God.

¹⁸ when you listen to the voice of Jehovah your God, to keep all His commandments which I am commanding you today, to do that which is right in the eyes of Jehovah your God.

³⁸ And it shall be, if you shall hear all that I command you, and shall walk in My ways, and do that which is right in My eyes, to keep My statutes and My commands, as My servant David did, then I shall be with you and shall build a sure house for you, as I built for David, and shall give Israel to you.

² His seed shall be mighty on the earth; the generation of the upright shall be blessed;

²⁶ For God gives wisdom, and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in His sight. But to the sinner He gives the task of gathering and collecting, to give to him who is good before God. This also is vanity and striving after wind.

¹⁰ Say to the righteous that it is well; for they shall eat of the fruit of their doings.

¹⁸ Oh that you had listened to My commands! Then your peace would have been like the river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea. ¹⁹ And your seed would have been like the sand, and your offspring of your bowels like its grain; his name would not have been cut off nor destroyed from My presence.

²⁵ So say to them, So says the Lord Jehovah: You eat on the blood, and you lift your eyes up to your idols, and you shed blood. And shall you possess the land?
