¹⁹ And he said, O man greatly beloved, do not fear. Peace to you. Be strong. Yea, be strong! And when he had spoken to me I was made strong. And I said, Speak, my lord, for you have made me strong.

⁶ Be strong and brave. For you shall cause this people to inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give to them. ⁷ Only be strong and very brave, so that you may take heed to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may act wisely wherever you go.

⁹ Have I not commanded you? Be strong and brave. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for Jehovah your God is with you in all places where you go.

²³ And Jehovah said to him, Peace to you, fear not. You shall not die.

⁹ And Eli said to Samuel, Go, lie down; and it shall be, if One calls you, even you shall say, Speak, O Jehovah, for Your servant hears you. And Samuel lay down in his place. ¹⁰ And Jehovah came and stood, and called as the other times, Samuel, Samuel! And Samuel said, Speak, for Your servant hears You.

³ You answered me in the day that I cried; You emboldened me in my soul with strength.

⁴ Say to those of a hasty heart, Be strong! Do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance; with the full dealing of God, He will come and save you.

¹⁰ Do not fear, for I am with you; do not gaze about, for I am your God; I will make you strong; yea, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.

¹⁴ Fear not, worm of Jacob, men of Israel; I will help you; states Jehovah, and your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

¹ But now so says Jehovah who formed you, O Jacob; and He who made you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I called you by your name; you are Mine. ² When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk in the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame kindle on you.

²³ At the beginning of your prayers the word came forth, and I have come to explain it . For you are greatly beloved. Then understand the matter and pay attention to the vision:

¹¹ And he said to me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you and stand up. For I am now sent to you. And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood, trembling. ¹² And he said to me, Do not fear, Daniel. For from the first day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. And I have come because of your words.

¹⁸ And again one in form as a man touched me and made me strong.

⁴ Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, says Jehovah. And be strong, O Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest. And be strong and work, all people of the land, says Jehovah. For I am with you, declares Jehovah of hosts,

⁹ So says Jehovah of hosts: Let your hands be strong, you who hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, that in the day the house of Jehovah of hosts is laid, the temple is to be built.

¹³ And it shall be, as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not fear; let your hands be strong.

³⁶ And as they were telling these things, Jesus Himself stood in their midst, and said to them, Peace to you! ³⁷ But being terrified and filled with fear, they thought they saw a spirit. ³⁸ And He said to them, Why are you troubled? And why do reasonings come up in your hearts.

³ Then the sisters sent to Him, saying, Lord, behold, the one whom You love is sick.

⁵ And Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.

²⁷ I leave peace to you; My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be timid.

⁹ As the Father loved Me, I also loved you; continue in My love. ¹⁰ If you keep My commandments you will continue in My love, as I have kept My Father's commandments and continue in His love. ¹¹ I have spoken these things to you that My joy may abide in you, and your joy may be full. ¹² This is My commandment, that you love one another as I loved you. ¹³ Greater love than this has no one, that anyone should lay down his soul for his friends. ¹⁴ You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

³³ I have spoken these things to you that you may have peace in Me. You have distress in the world; but be encouraged, I have overcome the world.

²⁶ Then seeing His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing by, Jesus said to His mother, Woman, behold your son!

²⁰ But turning, Peter saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following them, who also leaned on His breast at the Supper, and said, Lord, who is the one betraying You?

¹³ Watch! Stand fast in the faith! Be men! Be strong!

⁹ And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness. Therefore, I will rather gladly boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may overshadow me.

¹⁰ For the rest, my brothers, be made powerful in the Lord and in the might of His strength.

¹ Then my child, you be empowered by grace in Christ Jesus.

¹⁷ And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet, as dead. And He put His right hand on me, saying to me, Do not fear. I am the First and the Last,
