²⁵ " 'When your* brother becomes poor and he sells part of his property, then* _⌊his nearest redeemer_⌋* shall come, and he shall redeem the thing sold by his brother.

⁹ And he said, "Who are you?" And she said, "I am Ruth, your servant. Spread _⌊your garment_⌋* over your servant because you are a redeemer." ¹⁰ And he said, "You are blessed by Yahweh my daughter. You did better in this last kindness than the first by not going after young men, whether poor or rich.

⁶ And the redeemer said, "I am not able to redeem for myself, lest I ruin my inheritance. You redeem for yourself my kinsman-redemption, for I am not able to redeem it."

¹⁴ And the women said to Naomi, "Blessed be Yahweh who today _⌊did not leave you without a redeemer_⌋!* And may his name be renowned in Israel!

⁵ So David sent messengers to the men of Jabesh-Gilead and said to them, "May you be blessed by Yahweh because you did this loyal love with your lord, with Saul, and you buried him.

¹ Then David said, "Is there still anyone who is left for the house of Saul that I may show loyal love to him for the sake of Jonathan?"
