² For length of days, years of life, and peace they* shall add to you.

²⁶ You shall come in maturity to the grave, as the raising up of a stack of sheaves in its season.

⁴ He asked life from you; you gave it to him— length of days forever and ever.

¹¹ Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of Yahweh. ¹² Who is the man who desires life, who loves many days in order to see good? ¹³ Keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit. ¹⁴ Turn from evil and do good. Seek peace and pursue it.

¹⁶ With _⌊long life_⌋* I will satisfy him, and show him my salvation.
