³ saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we shall have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.

⁴ And the LORD shall make a division between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt; and there shall nothing die of all that belongeth to the children of Israel.' ⁵ And the LORD appointed a set time, saying: 'Tomorrow the LORD shall do this thing in the land.' ⁶ And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died; but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.

¹³ And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and there shall no plague be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

²³ For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when He seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side-posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.

¹³ And if there be yet a tenth in it, it shall again be eaten up; as a terebinth, and as an oak, whose stock remaineth, when they cast their leaves, so the holy seed shall be the stock thereof.'

²⁰ Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee; hide thyself for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. ²¹ For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of His place to visit upon the inhabitants of the earth their iniquity; the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

⁸ In full measure, when Thou sendest her away, Thou dost contend with her; He hath removed her with His rough blast in the day of the east wind.

¹⁷ No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their due reward from Me, saith the LORD.

⁸ Thus saith the LORD: As, when wine is found in the cluster, one saith: 'Destroy it not, for a blessing is in it'; so will I do for My servants' sakes, that I may not destroy all.

⁴ And the LORD said unto him: 'Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that are done in the midst thereof.'

¹⁷ If our God whom we serve is able to deliver us, He will deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and out of thy hand, O king.

²⁶ Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace; he spoke and said: 'Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed- nego, ye servants of God Most High, come forth, and come hither.' Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, came forth out of the midst of the fire.

¹⁶ (6:17) Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spoke and said unto Daniel: 'Thy God whom thou servest continually, He will deliver thee.'

³ Seek ye the LORD, all ye humble of the earth, that have executed His ordinance; seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD'S anger.

¹⁸ Then shall ye again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth Him not.

²² And except those days had been shortened, no flesh would have been saved; but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

³¹ And he shall send forth his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

²⁶ If any man serve me, let him follow me, and where I am, there shall also my servant be; if any man serve me, him will the Father honor.

²² But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto sanctification, and the end eternal life.

⁶ And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A measure of wheat for a shilling, and three measures of barley for a shilling, and the oil and the wine hurt thou not.

⁴ And it was said unto them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree, save the men such as have not the seal of God on their foreheads.

¹⁶ And he causeth all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bond, that there be given them marks on their right hand, or upon their foreheads,

¹ And I saw, and behold, the Lamb standing on the mount Zion, and with him a number, a hundred and forty and four thousand, having his name, and the name of his Father, written on their foreheads.

² for true and righteous are his judgments, for he hath judged the great harlot, her that destroyed the earth with her fornication, and he hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

⁴ And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them; and I saw the souls of them that had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and such as worshipped not the beast, neither his image, and received not the mark upon their forehead and upon their hand, and they lived, and reigned with Christ the thousand years.

⁴ and they shall see his face, and his name shall be on their foreheads.
