³ In the day that I called, Thou didst answer me; Thou didst encourage me in my soul with strength.

⁶ (18:7) In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God; out of His temple He heard my voice, and my cry came before Him unto His ears.

¹⁴ Wait on the LORD; be strong, and let thy heart take courage; yea, wait thou for the LORD.

⁷ The LORD is my strength and my shield, in Him hath my heart trusted, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth, and with my song will I praise Him.

¹¹ The LORD will give strength unto His people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

² Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for GOD the LORD is my strength and song; and He is become my salvation.'

¹⁰ Fear thou not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God; I strengthen thee, yea, I help thee; yea, I uphold thee with My victorious right hand.

²⁴ And it shall come to pass that, before they call, I will answer, and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

¹² And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in His name, saith the LORD.

⁸ Concerning this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. ⁹ And he hath said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee; for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. ¹⁰ Wherefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then am I strong.

¹⁶ that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that ye may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man,

¹⁰ Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

¹³ I can do all things in him that strengtheneth me.

¹¹ strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, unto all patience and longsuffering with joy,

¹⁰ And may the God of all grace, who called us unto his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a little while, himself perfect you, established, strengthened, grounded.
