³⁷ And He brought them forth with silver and gold; and there was none that stumbled among His tribes.

¹⁴ and also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge; and afterward shall they come out with great substance.

²² but every woman shall ask of her neighbour, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment; and ye shall put them upon your sons, and upon your daughters; and ye shall spoil the Egyptians.'

³⁵ And the children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they asked of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment. ³⁶ And the LORD gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have what they asked. And they despoiled the Egyptians.

¹⁷ The God of this people chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they sojourned in the land of Egypt, and with a high arm led he them forth out of it.
