⁹ The common people therefore of the Jews learned that he was there; and they came, not for Jesus' sake only, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he had raised from the dead.

⁴³ And when he had thus spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. ⁴⁴ He that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave-clothes, and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. ⁴⁵ Many therefore of the Jews, who came to Mary and beheld that which he did, believed on him.

¹⁰ and they took knowledge of him, that it was he that sat for alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him. ¹¹ And as the lame man that was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.
