² whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds,

¹ And Jacob called unto his sons, and said: 'Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the end of days.

¹⁴ And now, behold, I go unto my people; come, and I will announce to thee what this people shall do to thy people in the end of days.'

³⁰ In thy distress, when all these things are come upon thee, in the end of days, thou wilt return to the LORD thy God, and hearken unto His voice;

¹⁵ A prophet will the LORD thy God raise up unto thee, from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;

²⁹ For I know that after my death ye will in any wise deal corruptly, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the end of days; because ye will do that which is evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke Him through the work of your hands.'

⁶ 'Truly it is I that have established My king upon Zion, My holy mountain.' ⁷ I will tell of the decree: the LORD said unto me: 'Thou art My son, this day have I begotten thee. ⁸ Ask of Me, and I will give the nations for thine inheritance, and the ends of the earth for thy possession. ⁹ Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.'

²² The LORD made me as the beginning of His way, the first of His works of old. ²³ I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. ²⁴ When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. ²⁵ Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth; ²⁶ While as yet He had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the beginning of the dust of the world. ²⁷ When He established the heavens, I was there; when He set a circle upon the face of the deep, ²⁸ When He made firm the skies above, when the fountains of the deep showed their might, ²⁹ When He gave to the sea His decree, that the waters should not transgress His commandment, when He appointed the foundations of the earth; ³⁰ Then I was by Him, as a nursling; and I was daily all delight, playing always before Him, ³¹ Playing in His habitable earth, and my delights are with the sons of men.

² And it shall come to pass in the end of days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established as the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

⁶ (9:5) For a child is born unto us, a son is given unto us; and the government is upon his shoulder; and his name is called Pele- joez-el-gibbor-Abi-ad-sar-shalom; ⁷ (9:6) That the government may be increased, and of peace there be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it through justice and through righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts doth perform this.

²⁴ Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, and He that formed thee from the womb: I am the LORD, that maketh all things; that stretched forth the heavens alone; that spread abroad the earth by Myself;

¹² I, even I, have made the earth, and created man upon it; I, even My hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

¹⁸ For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens, He is God; that formed the earth and made it, He established it, He created it not a waste, He formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD, and there is none else.

¹⁰ Yet it pleased the LORD to crush him by disease; to see if his soul would offer itself in restitution, that he might see his seed, prolong his days, and that the purpose of the LORD might prosper by his hand: ¹¹ Of the travail of his soul he shall see to the full, even My servant, who by his knowledge did justify the Righteous One to the many, and their iniquities he did bear. ¹² Therefore will I divide him a portion among the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the mighty; because he bared his soul unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

²⁴ The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, until He have executed, and till He have performed the purposes of His heart; in the end of days ye shall consider it.

⁴⁷ Yet will I turn the captivity of Moab in the end of days, saith the LORD. Thus far is the judgment of Moab.

¹⁶ and thou shalt come up against My people Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the end of days, and I will bring thee against My land, that the nations may know Me, when I shall be sanctified through thee, O Gog, before their eyes.

²⁸ but there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and He hath made known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the end of days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these:

¹⁴ Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the end of days; for there is yet a vision for the days.'

⁵ afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall come trembling unto the LORD and to His goodness in the end of days.

¹ But in the end of days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established as the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and peoples shall flow unto it.

¹⁷ and lo, a voice out of the heavens, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

⁵ While he was yet speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and behold, a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, hear ye him.

³⁸ But the husbandmen, when they saw the son, said among themselves, This is the heir, come, let us kill him, and take his inheritance.

⁶³ But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou art the Christ, the Son of God.

¹⁸ And Jesus came to them and spake unto them, saying, All authority hath been given unto me in heaven and on earth.

⁶ Therefore having yet one son, his beloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son.

³ All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that hath been made.

¹⁴ And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.

¹⁷ For the law was given through Moses, grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. ¹⁸ No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.

²⁵ There arose therefore a questioning on the part of John's disciples with a Jew about purifying.

³ Jesus knowing that the Father had given all the things into his hands, and that he came forth from God, and goeth unto God,

¹⁵ No longer do I call you servants, for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from my Father, I have made known unto you.

¹⁵ All things whatsoever the Father hath are mine; therefore said I, that he taketh of mine, and shall declare it unto you.

² even as thou gavest him authority over all flesh, that to all whom thou hast given him, he should give eternal life.

¹⁷ And it shall be in the last days, saith God, I will pour forth of My Spirit upon all flesh; And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, And your young men shall see visions, And your old men shall dream dreams:

³⁶ The word which he sent unto the children of Israel, preaching good tidings of peace by Jesus Christ (He is Lord of all.)—

⁴ who was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, even Jesus Christ our Lord,

¹⁷ and if children, then heirs, heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ, if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified with him.

⁶ yet to us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we unto him, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we through him.

²⁵ For he must reign, till he hath put all his enemies under his feet. ²⁶ The last enemy that shall be abolished is death. ²⁷ For, He put all things in subjection under his feet. But when he saith, All things are put in subjection, it is evident that he is excepted who did subject all things unto him.

⁴ but when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

¹⁰ unto a dispensation of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens, and the things upon the earth,

²⁰ which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, ²¹ far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: ²² and he put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things to the church, ²³ which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all.

⁹ and to make all men see what is the dispensation of the mystery which for ages hath been hid in God who created all things through Jesus Christ,

⁹ Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name, ¹⁰ that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth, ¹¹ and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

¹⁶ for in him were all things created, in the heavens and upon the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers, all things have been created through him, and unto him, ¹⁷ and he is before all things, and in him all things consist. ¹⁸ And he is the head of the body, the church; who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things he might have the preeminence.

⁵ For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, This day have I begotten thee? and again, I will be to him a Father, And he shall be to me a Son?

⁸ but of the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever, A sceptre of uprightness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

³ how shall we escape, if we neglect so great a salvation? which having at the first been spoken through the Lord, was confirmed unto us by them that heard,

⁸ Thou didst put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he subjected all things unto him, he left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we see not yet all things subjected to him. ⁹ But we behold him who hath been made a little lower than the angels, even Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for every man.

⁸ though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered,

³ without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like unto the Son of God), abideth a priest continually.

²⁶ else must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world; but now once at the end of the ages hath he been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

³ By faith we understand that the worlds have been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen hath not been made out of things which appear.

²⁰ who was foreknown indeed before the foundation of the world, but was manifested at the end of times for your sake,

³ knowing this first, that in the last days mockers shall come, walking after their own lusts,

¹⁸ That they said to you, In the last time there shall be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts.
