²⁴ then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die: the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife; so thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.

²¹ And Jacob said unto Laban: 'Give me my wife, for my days are filled, that I may go in unto her.'

⁵ (13:6) And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken perversion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of bondage, to draw thee aside out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee.

²⁰ But when he thought on these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife; for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.

²⁴ And Joseph being raised from his sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took unto him his wife,

² And ye are puffed up, and did not rather mourn, that he that had done this deed might be taken away from among you.

¹³ But them that are without God judgeth. Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.
