3 H2734 ויחר was kindled H639 אף And the anger H3068 יהוה of the LORD H3478 בישׂראל against Israel, H5414 ויתנם and he delivered H3027 ביד them into the hand H2371 חזאל of Hazael H4428 מלך king H758 ארם of Syria, H3027 וביד and into the hand H1130 בן הדד of Ben-hadad H1121 בן the son H2371 חזאל of Hazael, H3605 כל all H3117 הימים׃ days.

4 H2470 ויחל besought H3059 יהואחז And Jehoahaz H853 את H6440 פני H3068 יהוה and the LORD H8085 וישׁמע hearkened H413 אליו unto H3068 יהוה H3588 כי him: for H7200 ראה he saw H853 את H3906 לחץ the oppression H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H3588 כי because H3905 לחץ oppressed H853 אתם H4428 מלך the king H758 ארם׃ of Syria
