¹⁵ And so Pylate wyllinge to content the people, let lose Barrabas vnto them & delyuered vp Iesus (when he had scourged hym) for to be crucifyed.

¹¹ Sett vp thy selfe (O God) aboue the heauens, & thy glory aboue all the earth.

³ The plowers plowed vpon my backe, & made longe forowes.

²⁵ He that feareth men, shal haue a fall: but who so putteth hys trust in the Lorde is with out daunger.

⁶ but I offre my backe vnto the smyters, & my chekes to the nippers. I turne not my face from shame and spittyng,

¹⁹ & shall delyuer hym to the gentyls, to be mocked and to be scourged, and to be crucifyed: and the thyrde daye he shall ryse agayne.

²⁶ Then let he Barrabas loose vnto them, and scourged Iesus, and delyuered him to be crucifyed.

³⁴ and they shall mocke hym, and scourge hym, spyt vpon him, and kyll hym. And thyrde daye he shall ryse agayne.

³³ & when they haue scourged him, they wyll put hym to deeth, and the thyrd daye he shall aryse agayne.

²⁴ And Pylate gaue sentence, that it shuld be as they requyred ²⁵ and he let losse vnto them, hym that (for insurreccyon & morther) was cast into preson, whom they had desyred, and he delyuered vnto them Iesus, to do wt hym what they wolde.

¹ Then Pylate toke Iesus therfore, & scourged hym.

¹⁶ Then delyuered he hym vnto them, to be crucified. And they toke Iesus, and led hym away.

²⁷ But after two yeare, Festus Porcius came into Felix rowme. And Felix wyllynge to shewe the Iewes a pleasure, lefte Paul in preson bounde.

⁹ Festus wyllynge to do the Iewes a pleasure, answered Paul, and sayde: wylt thou go vp to Ierusalem, and there be iudged of these thynges before me?

¹⁹ Other of the apostles sawe I none, saue Iames the Lordes brother.

²⁴ whych hys awne selfe bare our synnes in his body on the tree, that we beyng delyuered from synne, shuld lyue vnto ryghteousnes. By whose strypes ye were healed.
