³ And your southquarter shalbe from the wildernes Sin alonge by the coaste of Edom, so that youre southquarter reache vpon the syde of the salt see east warde:

¹ These be the wordes which Moses spake vnto all Israel, on the other syde Iordan in the wildernesse, in the plaine ouer agaynst the redd see, betwene Pharan and Tophel, Laban, Hazeroth and Disahab,

¹⁷ the playne also and Iordan and the coast therof, from Ceneroth euen vnto the see whych is in the playne, euen the salt see vnder the springes of the hyll, eastwarde.

¹³ And as sone as the sooles of the fete of the preasts (that beare the arcke of the Lord the Gouernour of all the world) tread in the waters of Iordan, the waters of Iordan shall be deuided: & the waters that come from aboue, shall stande still vpon an heape.

² And theyr south coste was from the brynke of the salt see, from a rock that leaneth southward.

¹² Baana the sonne of Ahilud was ouer Chanach & Magiddo, & ouer all Bethsan, which is by Zarthana beneth Iezrael, from Bethsan to the playne of Mehola, euen vnto the place that is ouer agaynst Iechmeam:

²⁶ And he sayth vnto them: why are ye fearful, O ye of lytle faith? Then he arose and rebuked the wyndes and the see, and there folowed a greate calme. ²⁷ But the men marueyled, sayinge: what maner of man is this, that both wyndes and see obey hym?

²⁴ But the shippe was now in the myddes of the see, & was toost wyth waues, for it was a contrary wynde. ²⁵ And in the fourth watche of the nyght, Iesus went vnto them walkynge on the see. ²⁶ And when the disciples sawe hym walkynge on the see, they were troubled, sayinge: it is some sprite, & they cryed out for feare. ²⁷ But streyght waye, Iesus spake vnto them, sayinge: be of good cheare, it is I, be not afrayed. ²⁸ Peter answered hym, and sayde: Lorde, yf it be thou, byd me come vnto the on the water. ²⁹ And he sayde, come. And when Peter was come doune out of the shippe, he walked on the water, to go to Iesus. ³⁰ But when he sawe a myghty wynde, he was afrayed. And when he beganne to syncke, he cryed sayinge: lorde saue me. ³¹ And immediatly Iesus stretched forth his hand, & caught him, & sayd vnto him: O thou of lytell fayth, wherfore dyddest thou dout? ³² And whan they were come into the shyppe, the wynde ceased. ³³ Then they that were in the shyppe, came and worshypped hym, sayinge: of a truthe thou art the sonne of God.
