¹⁶ To do good & to distribute, forget not, for wt such sacrifyces God is pleased.

³ Put thou thy trust in the Lorde, & be doinge good: dwell in the lande, and verely thou shalt be fedd.

¹⁹ Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifyce of ryghteousnesse, wyth the burntofferynges & oblacions: then shall they offre yonge bullockes vpon thyne aulter.

⁷ Hath the Lord a pleasure in many thousand rammes, or innumerable streames of oyle? Or shall I geue my fyrst borne for myne offences, & the frute of my body for the synne of my soule? ⁸ I will shewe the, O man, what is good, & what the Lorde requyreth of the Namely, to do right, to haue pleasure in louinge kyndnesse, to be lowly, & to walcke wt thy God,

³⁵ For I was an hongred, & ye gaue me meate. I was thyrstye, & ye gaue me drincke. I was herbourlesse, & ye toke me in: ³⁶ Naked, & ye clothed me: Sicke & ye visyted me. I was in preson, and ye came vnto me. ³⁷ Then shall the righteous answere him saying: Lord, when sawe we the an hongred, and fedd the? or thirstye, & gaue the drinke? ³⁸ when sawe we the herborlesse, & tooke the in? or naked, and clothed the? ³⁹ or when sawe we the sycke, or in preson, and came vnto the? ⁴⁰ And the kyng shall answere, and saye vnto them: veryly I saye vnto you: in as moch as ye haue done it vnto one of the leest of these my brethren, ye haue done it to me.

³⁵ But loue ye youre enemyes, and do good, and lende, lokynge for nothynge agayne: and your reward shalbe greate, and ye shalbe the chyldren of the hyest: for he is kynde vnto the vnkynde and to the euyll. ³⁶ Be ye therfore mercyfull, as your father also is mercyfull.

²² When Iesus hearde that, he sayd vnto hym: Yet lackest thou one thynge. Sell all that thou hast, and distrybute vnto the poore, and thou shalt haue treasure in heauen, and come, folowe me.

⁶ Let hym that is taught in the worde, minister vnto him that teacheth him in all good thinges.

¹⁰ Whyle we haue therfore tyme, lett vs do good vnto all men, and specially vnto them which are of the housholde of fayth.

²⁸ Let hym that stole, steale nomore but let him rather laboure wt his handes the thynge which is good, that he maye geue vnto him that nedeth.

¹⁴ Not withstandynge ye haue well done, that ye bare parte wt me in my tribulacion.

¹⁸ Neuertheles I receaued all, and haue plentie. I was euen fylled after that I receaued of Epaphroditus the thinges, which were sent from you, an odoure of a swete smell a sacrifyce accepted and pleasaunt to God.

¹⁵ Se that none recompence euyll for euyll vnto eny man: but euer folowe that whych is good, both amonge your selues, and to all men.

¹³ Brethren be not ye weery in well doynge.

¹⁸ that they do good: that they be riche in good workes: that they be redy to geue & gladly to distribute,

⁶ so that the fellishyppe of thy fayth is frutefull in the knowledge of euery good which is in, you towarde Iesus Christ.

¹⁰ For God is not vnryghteous that he shulde forget youre worke and laboure that procedeth of loue, which loue ye shewe in his name, which haue ministred vnto the saynctes, and yet minister.

¹ Let brotherly loue continu ² Be not forgetfull to lodge straungers, For therby haue dyuers men lodged angels vnwares.

¹¹ Beloued, folowe not that which is euyll, but that which is good. He that doeth well is of God: but he that doeth euill, seyth not God.
