⁶² And so will I renue my couenaunt with the, that thou mayest knowe that I am the Lorde:

⁷ And I wyll geue them an herte, to knowe how that I am the Lorde. They shalbe my people, & I will be their God, for they shall returne vnto me with their whole herte.

⁷ Youre slayne men shall lye amonge you, that ye maye learne to knowe, howe that I am the Lorde.

⁶⁰ Neuerthelesse, I will remembre the couenaunt that I made with the in thy youth in so moch that it shalbe an euerlastinge couenaunt:

³⁷ I will bringe you vnder my iurisdiccyon, and vnder the bonde of the couenannt.

⁴³ There shall ye call to remembraunce your awne wayes & all your ymaginacyons, wherin ye haue bene defyled: and ye shall iudge youre selues worthy to be destroyed, for all youre wickednes, that ye haue done. ⁴⁴ And ye shall knowe, that I am the Lord: when I entreate you after my name, not after youre wycked wayes, ner accordinge to youre corrupte workes: O ye house of Israel, sayeth the lord.

²² that the house of Israell maye knowe, how that I am the Lord their God from that daye forth.

²⁷ He shall make a stronge bonde with many, for the space of a weke: & when the weke is halfe gone, he shall put downe the slayne and meatoffringe. And in the temple there shalbe an abhominable desolacyon, tyll it haue destroyed all. And it is concluded, that this wastynge shall contynue vnto the ende.

¹⁸ Then wyll I make a couenaunt with them, with the wylde beastes, with the foules of the ayre, and wyth euery thynge that crepeth vpon the earth. As for bowe, swerde and battel, I will destroye soch out of the lande, & wyll make them to slepe safely. ¹⁹ Thus wyll I mary the vnto myne awne selfe for euermore: yee, euen to my selfe wyll I mary the, in ryghteousnesse, in equite, in louynge kyndnesse and mercy. ²⁰ In fayth also wyll I mary the vnto my selfe, and thou shalt knowe the Lorde. ²¹ At the same tyme wyll I shewe my selfe frendly & gracyous vnto the heuens, sayeth the Lord: and the heauens shall helpe the earth ²² and the earth shall helpe the corne, wyne and oyle, & they shall helpe Iesrael. ²³ I wyll sowe them vpon earth, for a sede to myne amne selfe, & wyll haue mercy vpon her, that was wythout mercy. And to them whych were not my people, I wyll saye: thou art my people and he shall saye: thou art my God.

¹⁷ Thus shall ye knowe, that I the Lorde youre God dwell vpon my holy mounte of Syon. Then shall Ierusalem be holy, & there shall no straungers go thorowe her any more.
