¹⁷ And He, knowing their thoughts, said to them, Every kingdom divided against itself, comes to desolation, and house falls upon house.

⁴ And Jesus seeing their thoughts said, Why do you think evil in your hearts?

²⁵ And Jesus knowing their thoughts said to them, Every kingdom divided against itself comes to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand. ²⁶ And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself; how then will his kingdom stand? ²⁷ lf I through Beelzebul cast out demons, through whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. ²⁸ But if I through the Spirit of God cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come nigh unto you. ²⁹ Or how is any one able to enter into the house of a strong man, and spoil his goods, unless he may first bind the strong man, and then he can spoil his house.

²³ And calling them to Him, He continued to speak to them in parables, How is Satan able to cast out Satan? ²⁴ And if a kingdom may be divided against itself, that kingdom is not able to stand, ²⁵ and if a house may be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand; ²⁶ and if Satan stand up against himself, and is divided, he is not able to stand, but has an end. ²⁷ No one is able, having entered into the house of a strong man, to spoil his goods, unless he may first bind the strong man, and then he will spoil his house.

²⁵ and because He had no need that any one should witness concerning man; because He was knowing what was in man.

²³ And I will slay her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am the one searching the reins and the hearts: and I will give to you each according to your works.
