⁷ That is, to them which through patience in well doing, seeke glorie, and honour, and immortalitie, euerlasting life:

⁹ But the righteous wil holde his way, and he whose hands are pure, shall increase his strength.

¹⁴ Hope in the Lord: be strong, and he shall comfort thine heart, and trust in the Lord.

³ Trust thou in the Lord and do good: dwell in the land, and thou shalt be fed assuredly.

³⁴ Waite thou on the Lord, and keepe his way, and he shall exalt thee, that thou shalt inherite the lande: when the wicked men shall perish, thou shalt see.

²⁵ The Lord is good vnto them, that trust in him, and to the soule that seeketh him. ²⁶ It is good both to trust, and to waite for the saluation of the Lord.

¹² And because iniquitie shalbe increased, the loue of many shalbe colde. ¹³ But he that endureth to the ende, he shalbe saued.

¹⁵ But that which fell in good ground, are they which with an honest and good heart heare the worde, and keepe it, and bring forth fruite with patience.

⁴⁴ How can ye beleeue, which receiue honour one of another, and seeke not the honour that commeth of God alone?

⁶⁶ From that time, many of his disciples went backe, and walked no more with him. ⁶⁷ Then sayde Iesus to the twelue, Will yee also goe away? ⁶⁸ Then Simon Peter answered him, Master, to whome shall we goe? thou hast the wordes of eternall life: ⁶⁹ And we beleeue and knowe that thou art that Christ that Sonne of the liuing God.

¹⁰ But to euery man that doeth good, shalbe glory, and honour, and peace: to the Iew first, and also to the Grecian.

²³ For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord.

¹⁸ For I count that the afflictions of this present time are not worthy of the glory, which shalbe shewed vnto vs.

²⁴ For we are saued by hope: but hope that is seene, is not hope: for how can a man hope for that which he seeth? ²⁵ But if we hope for that we see not, we doe with patience abide for it.

²³ And that hee might declare the riches of his glory vpon the vessels of mercy, which hee hath prepared vnto glory?

⁵³ For this corruptible must put on incorruption: and this mortall must put on immortalitie. ⁵⁴ So when this corruptible hath put on incorruption, and this mortall hath put on immortalitie, then shalbe brought to passe the saying that is written, Death is swallowed vp into victorie.

⁵⁸ Therefore my beloued brethren, be ye stedfast, vnmoueable, aboundant alwayes in the worke of the Lord, forasmuch as ye knowe that your labour is not in vaine in the Lord.

¹⁶ Therefore we faint not, but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed daily. ¹⁷ For our light affliction which is but for a moment, causeth vnto vs a farre most excellent and an eternall waight of glorie: ¹⁸ While we looke not on the thinges which are seene, but on the things which are not seene: for the things which are seene, are temporall: but the things which are not seene, are eternall.

⁹ Let vs not therefore be weary of well doing: for in due season we shall reape, if we faint not.

²⁷ To whome God woulde make knowen what is the riches of his glorious mysterie among the Gentiles, which riches is Christ in you, the hope of glory,

¹⁰ But is nowe made manifest by that appearing of our Sauiour Iesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortalitie vnto light through the Gospel.

⁷ I haue fought a good fight, and haue finished my course: I haue kept the faith. ⁸ For hence foorth is laide vp for me the crowne of righteousnesse, which the Lord the righteous iudge shall giue me at that day: and not to me onely, but vnto all them also that loue that his appearing.

¹² That ye be not slouthfull, but followers of them, which through faith and patience, inherite the promises.

¹⁵ And so after that he had taried patiently, he enioyed the promise.

³⁵ Cast not away therefore your confidence which hath great recompense of reward. ³⁶ For ye haue neede of patience, that after ye haue done the will of God, ye might receiue the promise.

⁷ Be patient therefore, brethren, vnto the comming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman wayteth for the precious fruite of the earth, and hath long patience for it, vntill he receiue the former, and the latter rayne. ⁸ Be ye also patient therefore and settle your hearts: for ye comming of the Lord draweth neere.

⁷ That the triall of your faith, being much more precious then golde that perisheth (though it be tried with fire) might bee founde vnto your praise, and honour and glorie at the appearing of Iesus Christ: ⁸ Whome yee haue not seene, and yet loue him, in whome nowe, though yee see him not, yet doe you beleeue, and reioyce with ioy vnspeakeable and glorious,

¹³ But reioyce, in asmuch as ye are partakers of Christs suffrings, that when his glory shall appeare, ye may be glad and reioyce. ¹⁴ If yee be railed vpon for the Name of Christ, blessed are ye: for the spirit of glory, and of God resteth vpon you: which on their part is euill spoken of: but on your part is glorified.

²⁵ And this is the promise that he hath promised vs, euen that eternall life.

¹⁰ Feare none of those things, which thou shalt suffer: beholde, it shall come to passe, that the deuill shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tryed, and ye shall haue tribulation tenne dayes: be thou faithfull vnto the death, and I will giue thee the crowne of life. ¹¹ Let him that hath an eare, heare what the Spirit saith to the Churches. He that ouercommeth, shall not be hurt of the second death.
