²³ And I will kill her children with death: and all the Churches shall know that I am he which searche the reines and heartes: and I will giue vnto euery one of you according vnto your workes.

¹¹ That all Israel may heare and feare, and doe no more any such wickednesse as this among you.

²⁰ And the rest shall heare this, and feare, and shall henceforth commit no more any such wickednes among you.

⁷ But the Lord said vnto Samuel, Looke not on his countenance, nor on the height of his stature, because I haue refused him: for God seeth not as man seeth: for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord beholdeth the heart.

⁹ And thou, Salomon my sonne, know thou the God of thy father, and serue him with a perfit heart, and with a willing minde: For the Lord searcheth all hearts, and vnderstandeth all the imaginations of thoughts: if thou seeke him, he will be found of thee, but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for euer.

¹⁷ I knowe also, my God, that thou tryest the heart, and hast pleasure in righteousnesse: I haue offred willingly in the vprightnesse of mine heart all these things: now also haue I seene thy people which are found here, to offer vnto thee willingly with ioy.

³⁰ Heare thou then in heauen, thy dwelling place, and be merciful, and giue euery man according vnto all his wayes, as thou doest knowe his heart (for thou onely knowest the hearts of the children of men)

⁹ Oh let the malice of the wicked come to an ende: but guide thou the iust: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reines.

² Proue me, O Lord, and trie mee: examine my reines, and mine heart.

²¹ Shall not God searche this out? for hee knoweth the secrets of the heart.

¹² And to thee, O Lord, mercie: for thou rewardest euery one according to his worke.

¹⁰ Say ye, Surely it shalbe well with the iust: for they shall eate the fruite of their workes. ¹¹ Woe be to the wicked, it shalbe euill with him: for the reward of his handes shalbe giuen him.

²⁰ But O Lord of hostes, that iudgest righteously, and triest the reines and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for vnto thee haue I opened my cause.

⁵ But thou, after thine hardnesse, and heart that canot repent, heapest vp as a treasure vnto thy selfe wrath against the day of wrath, and of the declaration of the iust iudgement of God, ⁶ Who wil reward euery man according to his woorkes: ⁷ That is, to them which through patience in well doing, seeke glorie, and honour, and immortalitie, euerlasting life: ⁸ But vnto them that are contentious and disobey the trueth, and obey vnrighteousnesse, shalbe indignation and wrath. ⁹ Tribulation and anguish shalbe vpon the soule of euery man that doeth euill: of the Iewe first, and also of the Grecian. ¹⁰ But to euery man that doeth good, shalbe glory, and honour, and peace: to the Iew first, and also to the Grecian. ¹¹ For there is no respect of persons with God.

²⁷ But he that searcheth the heartes, knoweth what is the meaning of the Spirit: for he maketh request for ye Saints, according to the wil of God.

¹² So then euery one of vs shall giue accounts of himselfe to God.

¹⁰ For we must all appeare before the iudgement seate of Christ, that euery man may receiue the things which are done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or euill.

⁵ For euery man shall beare his owne burden.

¹³ Neither is there any creature, which is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and open vnto his eyes, with whome we haue to doe.

¹⁷ And if ye call him Father, which without respect of person iudgeth according to euery mans woorke, passe the time of your dwelling here in feare,

⁷ Let him that hath an eare, heare, what the Spirite saith vnto the Churches, To him that ouercommeth, will I giue to eate of the tree of life which is in the middes of the Paradise of God.

¹¹ Let him that hath an eare, heare what the Spirit saith to the Churches. He that ouercommeth, shall not be hurt of the second death.

⁸ And I looked, and beholde, a pale horse, and his name that sate on him was Death, and Hell folowed after him, and power was giuen vnto them ouer the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sworde, and with hunger, and with death, and with beasts of the earth.

¹² And I saw the dead, both great and small stand before God: and the bookes were opened, and another booke was opened, which is the booke of life, and the dead were iudged of those thinges, which were written in the bookes, according to their woorkes.
