⁴ He shall iudge the poore of the people: he shall saue the children of the needie, and shall subdue the oppressor.

² Howe long will yee vexe my soule, and torment me with wordes?

²⁴ He shall breake the mightie without seeking, and shall set vp other in their stead.

⁹ Thou shalt krush them with a scepter of yron, and breake them in pieces like a potters vessell.

¹² For he shall deliuer the poore when he cryeth: the needie also, and him that hath no helper. ¹³ He shalbe mercifull to the poore and needie, and shall preserue the soules of the poore. ¹⁴ He shall redeeme their soules from deceite and violence, and deare shall their blood be in his sight.

⁵ They smite downe thy people, O Lord, and trouble thine heritage.

³¹ For he will stand at the right hand of the poore, to saue him from them that woulde condemne his soule.

²⁶ A wise King scattereth the wicked, and causeth the wheele to turne ouer them.

⁴ For the yoke of their burthen, and the staffe of their shoulder and the rod of their oppressour hast thou broken as in the day of Midian.

⁴ But with righteousnesse shall he iudge the poore, and with equitie shall he reprooue for the meeke of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lippes shall he slay the wicked.

¹² I, euen I am he, that comfort you. Who art thou, that thou shouldest feare a mortall man, and the sonne of man, which shalbe made as grasse? ¹³ And forgettest the Lord thy maker, that hath spred out the heauens, and layde the foundations of the earth? and hast feared continually all the day, because of the rage of the oppressour, which is readie to destroy? Where is now the rage of the oppressour?

²⁰ Thou art mine hammer, and weapons of warre: for with thee will I breake the nations, and with thee wil I destroy kingdomes, ²¹ And by thee wil I breake horse and horseman, and by thee will I breake the charet and him that rideth therein. ²² By thee also will I breake man and woman, and by thee wil I breake olde and yong, and by thee wil I breake the yong man and the mayde. ²³ I wil also breake by thee the shepheard and his flocke, and by thee will I breake the husband man and his yoke of oxen, and by thee will I breake the dukes and princes.

¹⁵ I will feede my sheepe, and bring them to their rest, sayth the Lord God. ¹⁶ I will seeke that which was lost, and bring againe that which was driue away, and will binde vp that which was broken, and will strengthen the weake but I wil destroy the fat and the strong, and I will feede them with iudgement.

³⁴ Thou beheldest it til a stone was cut without hands, which smote the image vpon his feete, that were of yron and clay, and brake them to pieces. ³⁵ Then was the yron, the clay, the brasse, the siluer and the golde broken all together, and became like the chaffe of the sommer floures, and the winde caryed them away, that no place was founde for them: and the stone that smote the image, became a great mountaine, and filled the whole earth.

⁸ And I will campe about mine House against the armie, against him that passeth by, and against him that returneth, and no oppressour shall come vpon them any more: for now haue I seene with mine eyes. ⁹ Reioyce greatly, O daughter Zion: shoute for ioy, O daughter Ierusalem: beholde, thy King commeth vnto thee: he is iust and saued himselfe, poore and riding vpon an asse, and vpon a colt the foale of an asse. ¹⁰ And I wil cut off the charets from Ephraim, and the horse from Ierusalem: the bowe of the battel shalbe broken, and he shall speake peace vnto the heathen, and his dominion shalbe from sea vnto sea, and from the Riuer to the end of the land.

⁷ For I fed the sheepe of slaughter, euen the poore of the flocke, and I tooke vnto me two staues: the one I called Beautie, and the other I called Bandes, and I fed the sheepe.

¹¹ And it was broken in that day: and so the poore of the sheepe that waited vpon me, knew that it was the worde of the Lord.

⁵ The blinde receiue sight, and the halt doe walke: the lepers are clensed, and the deafe heare, the dead are raised vp, and the poore receiue the Gospel.

⁶ Rewarde her, euen as she hath rewarded you, and giue her double according to her workes: and in the cup that she hath filled to you, fill her ye double. ⁷ In as much as she glorified her selfe, and liued in pleasure, so much giue ye to her torment and sorow: for she saith in her heart, I sit being a queene, and am no widowe, and shall see no mourning. ⁸ Therefore shall her plagues come at one day, death, and sorowe, and famine, and she shalbe burnt with fire: for that God which condemneth her, is a strong Lord.

²⁰ O heauen, reioyce of her, and ye holy Apostles and Prophets: for God hath punished her to be reuenged on her for your sakes.

²⁴ And in her was found the blood of the Prophets, and of the Saints, and of all that were slaine vpon the earth.

² For true and righteous are his iudgements: for he hath condemned that great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath auenged the blood of his seruants shed by her hand.
