²⁴ They haue seene, O God, thy goings, the goings of my God, and my King, which art in the Sanctuarie.

¹² And one told King Dauid, saying, The Lord hath blessed the house of Obed-edom, and all that hee hath, because of the Arke of God: therefore Dauid went and brought the Arke of God from the house of Obed-edom, into the citie of Dauid with gladnesse. ¹³ And when they that bare the Arke of the Lord had gone sixe paces, he offred an oxe, and a fatte beast. ¹⁴ And Dauid danced before the Lord with al his might, and was girded with a linnen Ephod. ¹⁵ So Dauid and all the house of Israel, brought the Arke of the Lord with shouting, and sound of trumpet. ¹⁶ And as the Arke of the Lord came into the citie of Dauid, Michal Sauls daughter looked through a windowe, and sawe King Dauid leape, and dance before the Lord, and shee despised him in her heart. ¹⁷ And when they had brought in the Arke of the Lord, they set it in his place, in the mids of the tabernacle that Dauid had pitched for it: then Dauid offred burnt offrings, and peace offrings before the Lord.

⁸ And Dauid and all Israel played before God with all their might, both with songes and with harpes, and with violes, and with timbrels and with cymbales and with trumpets.

¹⁶ And Dauid spake to the chiefe of the Leuites, that they should appoint certaine of their brethren to sing with instruments of musike, with violes and harpes, and cymbales, that they might make a sounde, and lift vp their voyce with ioye. ¹⁷ So the Leuites appointed Heman the sonne of Ioel, and of his brethren Asaph the sonne of Berechiah, and of the sonnes of Merari their brethren, Ethan the sonne of Kushaiah, ¹⁸ And with them their brethren in the seconde degree, Zechariah, Ben, and Iaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Iehiel, and Vnni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneah, and Obed Edom, and Ieiel the porters. ¹⁹ So Heman, Asaph and Ethan were fingers to make a sounde with cymbales of brasse, ²⁰ And Zechariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Iehiel, and Vnni, and Eliab, and Maaseiah, and Benaiah with violes on Alamoth, ²¹ And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneah, and Obed Edom, and Ieiel, and Azaziah, with harpes vpon Sheminith Ienazzeah. ²² But Chenaniah the chiefe of the Leuites had the charge, bearing ye burden in the charge, for he was able to instruct. ²³ And Berechiah and Elkanah were porters for the Arke. ²⁴ And Shecaniah and Iehoshaphat and Nethaneel and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer the Priestes did blowe with trumpets before the Arke of God, and Obed Edom and Ieiiah were porters for the Arke.

⁷ Lift vp your heads ye gates, and be ye lift vp ye euerlasting doores, and the King of glory shall come in. ⁸ Who is this King of glorie? the Lord, strong and mightie, euen the Lord mightie in battell. ⁹ Lift vp your heads, ye gates, and lift vp your selues, ye euerlasting doores, and the King of glorie shall come in. ¹⁰ Who is this King of glory? the Lord of hostes, he is the King of glorie. ⁵ God is gone vp with triumph, euen the Lord, with the sound of the trumpet. ⁶ Sing prayses to God, sing prayses: sing prayses vnto our King, sing prayses. ⁷ For God is the King of all the earth: sing prayses euery one that hath vnderstanding.

² Thus I beholde thee as in the Sanctuarie, when I beholde thy power and thy glorie.
