²¹ And Ehud put forth his left hand, and tooke the dagger from his right thigh, and thrust it into his bellie,

³ Gird thy sword vpon thy thigh, O most mightie, to wit, thy worship and thy glory,

⁶ Let the high Actes of God bee in their mouth, and a two edged sword in their hands,

⁸ They all handle the sworde, and are expert in warre, euery one hath his sword vpon his thigh for the feare by night.

¹² For the worde of God is liuely, and mightie in operation, and sharper then any two edged sword, and entreth through, euen vnto the diuiding asunder of the soule and the spirit, and of the ioints, and the marow, and is a discerner of the thoughtes, and the intents of the heart.
