⁴ Is it for feare of thee that he will accuse thee? or go with thee into iudgement?

¹² Am I a sea or a whalefish, that thou keepest me in warde?

¹⁹ If we speake of strength, behold, he is strog: if we speake of iudgement, who shall bring me in to pleade?

³² For he is not a man as I am, that I shoulde answere him, if we come together to iudgement.

³ And yet thou openest thine eyes vpon such one, and causest me to enter into iudgement with thee.

²¹ Oh that a man might pleade with God, as man with his neighbour!

²⁹ Be ye afraide of the sworde: for the sworde will be auenged of wickednesse, that yee may knowe that there is a iudgement.

⁶ Would he plead against me with his great power? No, but he would put strength in me. ⁷ There the righteous might reason with him, so I shoulde be deliuered for euer from my Iudge.

²³ For he will not lay on man so much, that he should enter into iudgement with God.

¹¹ When thou with rebukes doest chastise man for iniquitie, thou as a mothe makest his beautie to consume: surely euery man is vanitie. Selah.

⁶ At thy rebuke, O God of Iaakob, both the chariot and horse are cast a sleepe.

¹⁶ It is burnt with fire and cut downe: and they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.

³ If thou, O Lord, straightly markest iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? ⁴ But mercie is with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

² (And enter not into iudgement with thy seruant: for in thy sight shall none that liueth, be iustified)

¹⁴ For God will bring euery worke vnto iudgement, with euery secret thing, whether it be good or euill.

¹⁴ The Lord shall enter into iudgement with the Ancients of his people and the princes thereof: for ye haue eaten vp the vineyarde: the spoyle of the poore is in your houses. ¹⁵ What haue ye to do, that ye beate my people to pieces, and grinde the faces of the poore, saith the Lord, euen the Lord of hoasts?

¹⁹ As many as I loue, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore and amend.
