¹ For Zions sake I will not holde my tongue, and for Ierusalems sake I wil not rest, vntil the righteousnes thereof breake foorth as the light, and saluation thereof as a burning lampe.

¹⁸ Bee fauourable vnto Zion for thy good pleasure: builde the walles of Ierusalem.

¹ A Psalme. Sing vnto the Lord a newe song: for hee hath done marueilous things: his right hand, and his holy arme haue gotten him the victorie. ² The Lord declared his saluation: his righteousnes hath he reueiled in the sight of ye nations. ³ He hath remembred his mercy and his trueth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth haue seene the saluation of our God.

¹³ Thou wilt arise and haue mercy vpon Zion: for the time to haue mercie thereon, for the appointed time is come. ¹⁴ For thy seruants delite in the stones thereof, and haue pitie on the dust thereof. ¹⁵ Then the heathen shall feare the Name of the Lord, and all the Kings of the earth thy glory, ¹⁶ When the Lord shall build vp Zion, and shall appeare in his glory,

⁶ Pray for the peace of Ierusalem: let them prosper that loue thee. ⁷ Peace be within thy walles, and prosperitie within thy palaces. ⁸ For my brethren and neighbours sakes I will wish thee now prosperitie. ⁹ Because of the House of the Lord our God, I will procure thy wealth.

⁶ If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleaue to the roofe of my mouth: yea, if I preferre not Ierusalem to my chiefe ioy.

¹⁸ But the way of the righteous shineth as the light, that shineth more and more vnto the perfite day.

²⁶ And I will restore thy iudges as at the first, and thy counsellers as at the beginning: afterward shalt thou be called a citie of righteousnes, and a faithfull citie. ²⁷ Zion shall be redeemed in iudgement, and they that returne in her, in iustice.

¹⁵ Vntill the Spirit be powred vpon vs from aboue, and the wildernes become a fruitfull fielde, and the plenteous fielde be counted as a forest. ¹⁶ And iudgement shall dwel in the desert, and iustice shall remaine in the fruitfull fielde. ¹⁷ And the worke of iustice shall bee peace, euen the worke of iustice and quietnesse, and assurance for euer.

⁵ My righteousnes is neere: my saluation goeth foorth, and mine armes shall iudge the people: the yles shall waite for me, and shall trust vnto mine arme. ⁶ Lift vp your eyes to the heauens, and looke vpon the earth beneath: for the heauens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall waxe olde like a garment, and they that dwell therein, shall perish in like maner: but my saluation shall be for euer, and my righteousnesse shall not bee abolished.

⁹ Rise vp, rise vp, and put on strength, O arme of the Lord: rise vp as in the olde time in the generations of the worlde. Art not thou the same, that hath cutte Rahab, and wounded the dragon?

¹⁰ I will greatly reioyce in the Lord, and my soule shall be ioyfull in my God: for he hath clothed mee with the garments of saluation, and couered me with the robe of righteousnes: hee hath decked me like a bridegrome, and as a bride tireth herselfe with her iewels. ¹¹ For as the earth bringeth foorth her bud, and as the garden causeth to growe that which is sowen in it: so the Lord God will cause righteousnesse to grow and praise before all the heathen.

⁶ I haue set watchmen vpon thy walles, O Ierusalem, which all the day and all the night continually shall not cease: ye that are mindfull of the Lord, keepe not silence, ⁷ And giue him no rest, till hee repaire and vntill hee set vp Ierusalem the prayse of the worlde.

² Yea, many nations shall come and say, Come, and let vs goe vp to the Mountaine of the Lord, and to the House of the God of Iaakob, and hee will teache vs his wayes, and we wil walke in his pathes: for the Lawe shall goe forth of Zion, and the worde of the Lord from Ierusalem.

¹² And the Lord shall inherite Iudah his portion in the holy lande, and shall chuse Ierusalem againe.

¹⁶ Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good workes, and glorifie your Father which is in heauen.

³⁰ For mine eyes haue seene thy saluation, ³¹ Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people, ³² A light to be reueiled to the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.

² And he said vnto them, The haruest is great, but the labourers are fewe: pray therefore the Lord of the haruest to sende foorth labourers into his haruest.

¹⁵ That ye may be blamelesse, and pure, and the sonnes of God without rebuke in the middes of a naughtie and crooked nation, among whom yee shine as lights in the world, ¹⁶ Holding forth the worde of life, that I may reioyce in the day of Christ, that I haue not runne in vaine, neither haue laboured in vaine.

¹ Furthermore, brethren, pray for vs, that the worde of the Lord may haue free passage and be glorified, euen as it is with you,

²⁵ Wherefore, hee is able also perfectly to saue them that come vnto God by him, seeing he euer liueth, to make intercession for them.

⁹ But yee are a chosen generation, a royall Priesthoode, an holy nation, a people set at libertie, that yee shoulde shewe foorth the vertues of him that hath called you out of darkenesse into his marueilous light,
