⁵ And the Lord shall create vpon euery place of mount Zion, and vpon the assemblies thereof, a cloude and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for vpon all the glory shall be a defence.

²¹ And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloude to leade them the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to giue them light, that they might go both by day and by night. ²² He tooke not away the pillar of ye cloude by day, nor the pillar of fire by night from before the people.

¹⁹ (And the Angel of God, which went before the hoste of Israel, remoued and went behinde them: also the pillar of the cloude went from before them, and stoode behinde them, ²⁰ And came betweene the campe of the Egyptians and the campe of Israel: it was both a cloude and darkenes, yet gaue it light by night, so that all the night long the one came not at the other)

²⁴ Nowe in the morning watche, when the Lord looked vnto the hoste of the Egyptians, out of the firie and cloudie pillar, he strooke the host of the Egyptians with feare.

¹ Afterwarde thou shalt make the Tabernacle with tenne curtaines of fine twined linen, and blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet: and in them thou shalt make Cherubims of broydered worke.

⁷ Also thou shalt make curtaines of goates heare, to be a couering vpon the Tabernacle: thou shalt make them to the number of eleuen curtaines.

³⁴ Then the cloud couered the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and the glorie of the Lord filled the Tabernacle. ³⁵ So Moses could not enter into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, because the cloude abode thereon, and the glorie of the Lord filled the Tabernacle. ³⁶ Nowe when the cloude ascended vp from the Tabernacle, the children of Israel went forward in all their iourneyes. ³⁷ But if the cloude ascended not, then they iourneyed not till the day that it ascended. ³⁸ For the cloude of the Lord was vpon the Tabernacle by day, and fire was in it by night in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their iourneyes.

¹⁵ And when the Tabernacle was reared vp, a cloude couered the Tabernacle, namely the Tabernacle of the Testimonie: and at euen there was vpon the Tabernacle, as the appearance of fire vntill the morning. ¹⁶ So it was alway: the cloude couered it by day, and the appearance of fire by night. ¹⁷ And when the cloude was taken vp from the Tabernacle, then afterwarde the children of Israel iourneyed: and in the place where the cloude abode, there the children of Israel pitched their tents. ¹⁸ At the commandement of the Lord the children of Israel iourneyed, and at the comandement of the Lord they pitched: as long as the cloude abode vpon the Tabernacle, they lay still. ¹⁹ And when the cloude taryed stil vpon the Tabernacle a long time, the childre of Israel kept the watch of the Lord, and iourneyed not. ²⁰ So when the cloud abode a few dayes vpon the Tabernacle, they abode in their tents according to the comandement of ye Lord: for they iourneyed at the commandement of the Lord. ²¹ And though the cloud abode vpon the Tabernacle from euen vnto the morning, yet if the cloude was taken vp in the morning, then they iourneyed: whether by daye or by night the cloude was taken vp, then they iourneyed. ²² Or if the cloude taryed two dayes or a moneth, or a yeere vpon the Tabernacle, abiding thereon, the children of Israel abode still, and iourneyed not: but when it was taken vp, they iourneyed.

¹² And leddest them in the day with a pillar of a cloude, and in the night with a pillar of fire to giue them light in the way that they went.

¹⁴ In the day time also hee led them with a cloude, and all the night with a light of fire.

⁹ Surely his saluation is neere to them that feare him, that glory may dwell in our land.

² The Lord loueth the gates of Zion aboue all the habitations of Iaakob. ³ Glorious things are spoken of thee, O citie of God. Selah.

⁷ God is very terrible in the assemblie of the Saints, and to be reuerenced aboue all, that are about him.

¹ Praise ye the Lord. I will prayse the Lord with my whole heart in the assemblie and Congregation of the iust.

⁴ For thus hath the Lord spoken vnto me, As the lyon or lyons whelpe roareth vpon his praye, against whom if a multitude of shepheards be called, hee will not be afraide at their voyce, neither will humble him selfe at their noise: so shall the Lord of hostes come downe to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof. ⁵ As birds that flie, so shall the Lord of hostes defend Ierusalem by defending and deliuering, by passing through and preseruing it.

¹⁸ And my people shall dwell in the tabernacle of peace, and in sure dwellings, and in safe resting places.

²⁰ Looke vpon Zion the citie of our solemne feastes: thine eyes shall see Ierusalem a quiet habitation, a Tabernacle that can not be remooued: and the stakes thereof can neuer be taken away, neither shall any of the cordes thereof be broken.

³⁵ For I will defend this citie to saue it, for mine owne sake, and for my seruant Dauids sake.

¹³ I bring neere my iustice: it shall not be farre off, and my saluation shall not tarie: for I wil giue saluation in Zion, and my glory vnto Israel.

¹ Arise, O Ierusalem: be bright, for thy light is come, and the glorie of the Lord is risen vpon thee.

⁵ For I, saith the Lord, will be vnto her a wall of fire round about, and wil be the glory in the middes of her. ⁶ Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the North, saith the Lord: for I haue scattered you into the foure winds of the heauen, saith ye Lord. ⁷ Saue thy selfe, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babel. ⁸ For thus saith the Lord of hostes, After this glory hath hee sent me vnto the nations, which spoyled you: for he that toucheth you, toucheth the apple of his eye. ⁹ For beholde, I will lift vp mine hand vpon them: and they shalbe a spoyle to those that serued them, and ye shall knowe, that the Lord of hostes hath sent me. ¹⁰ Reioyce, and be glad, O daughter Zion: for loe, I come, and will dwell in the middes of thee, saith the Lord.

²⁰ For where two or three are gathered together in my Name, there am I in the mids of them.

²⁰ Teaching them to obserue all things, whatsoeuer I haue commanded you: and lo, I am with you alway, vntill the ende of the worlde, Amen.
