²³ And to the assemblie and congregation of the first borne, which are written in heauen, and to God the iudge of all, and to the spirits of iust and perfite men,

²⁵ Be it farre from thee from doing this thing, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be euen as the wicked, be it farre from thee. shall not the Iudge of all the worlde doe right?

²² Then thou shalt say to Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my sonne, euen my first borne.

² Sanctifie vnto me all the first borne: that is, euery one that first openeth the wombe among the children of Israel, as well of man as of beast: for it is mine.

³² Therefore now if thou pardon their sinne, thy mercy shall appeare: but if thou wilt not, I pray thee, rase me out of thy booke, which thou hast written.

¹⁷ But he shall acknowledge the sonne of the hated for the first borne, and giue him double portion of all that he hath: for hee is the first of his strength, and to him belongeth the right of the first borne.

⁵ Gather my Saints together vnto me, those that make a couenant with me with sacrifice. ⁶ And the heauens shall declare his righteousnes: for God is iudge himselfe. Selah.

²⁸ Let them be put out of the booke of life, neither let them be written with the righteous.

⁷ God is very terrible in the assemblie of the Saints, and to be reuerenced aboue all, that are about him.

²⁷ Also I wil make him my first borne, higher then the Kings of the earth.

² Exalt thy selfe, O Iudge of the worlde, and render a reward to the proude.

¹³ Before the Lord: for he commeth, for he cometh to iudge the earth: he wil iudge the world with righteousnes, and the people in his trueth.

⁹ Before the Lord: for he is come to iudge the earth: with righteousnesse shall hee iudge the world, and the people with equitie.

¹ Praise ye the Lord. I will prayse the Lord with my whole heart in the assemblie and Congregation of the iust.

⁷ And dust returne to the earth as it was, and the spirit returne to God that gaue it.

⁹ They shall come weeping, and with mercie will I bring them againe: I will lead them by the riuers of water in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my first borne.

³¹ And when the Sonne of man commeth in his glory, and all the holy Angels with him, then shall he sit vpon the throne of his glorie, ³² And before him shalbe gathered all nations, and he shall seperate them one from another, as a shepheard separateth the sheepe from ye goates. ³³ And he shall set the sheepe on his right hand, and the goates on the left. ³⁴ Then shall ye king say to them on his right hand, Come ye blessed of my father: take the inheritance of the kingdome prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

²⁰ Neuerthelesse, in this reioyce not, that the spirits are subdued vnto you: but rather reioyce, because your names are written in heauen.

²⁷ And hath giuen him power also to execute iudgement, in that he is the Sonne of man.

²⁸ Take heede therefore vnto your selues, and to all the flocke, whereof the holy Ghost hath made you Ouerseers, to feede the Church of God, which hee hath purchased with that his owne blood.

¹² For nowe we see through a glasse darkely: but then shall wee see face to face. Nowe I know in part: but then shall I know euen as I am knowen.

⁴⁹ And as we haue borne the image of the earthly, so shall we beare the image of the heauenly.

⁵⁴ So when this corruptible hath put on incorruption, and this mortall hath put on immortalitie, then shalbe brought to passe the saying that is written, Death is swallowed vp into victorie.

⁸ Neuerthelesse, we are bolde, and loue rather to remoue out of the body, and to dwell with the Lord.

²² And hath made all things subiect vnder his feete, and hath giuen him ouer all things to be the head to the Church,

²⁴ Therfore as the Church is in subiection to Christ, euen so let the wiues be to their husbands in euery thing. ²⁵ Husbands, loue your wiues, euen as Christ loued the Church, and gaue himselfe for it, ²⁶ That hee might sanctifie it, and clense it by the washing of water through the worde, ²⁷ That hee might make it vnto him selfe a glorious Church, not hauing spot or wrinkle, or any such thing: but that it shoulde bee holy and without blame.

²¹ For Christ is to me both in life, and in death aduantage. ²² And whether to liue in the flesh were profitable for me, and what to chuse I knowe not. ²³ For I am distressed betweene both, desiring to be loosed and to be with Christ, which is best of all.

¹² Not as though I had alreadie attained to it, either were alreadie perfect: but I follow, if that I may comprehend that for whose sake also I am comprehended of Christ Iesus. ¹³ Brethren, I count not my selfe, that I haue attained to it, but one thing I doe: I forget that which is behinde, and endeuour my selfe vnto that which is before, ¹⁴ And follow hard toward the marke, for the prise of the hie calling of God in Christ Iesus. ¹⁵ Let vs therefore as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if yee be otherwise minded, God shall reueile euen the same vnto you. ¹⁶ Neuerthelesse, in that whereunto wee are come, let vs proceede by one rule, that wee may minde one thing. ¹⁷ Brethren, bee followers of mee, and looke on them, which walke so, as yee haue vs for an ensample. ¹⁸ For many walke, of whom I haue told you often, and nowe tell you weeping, that they are the enemies of the Crosse of Christ: ¹⁹ Whose ende is damnation, whose God is their bellie, and whose glorie is to their shame, which minde earthly things. ²⁰ But our conuersation is in heauen, from whence also we looke for the Sauiour, euen the Lord Iesus Christ, ²¹ Who shall change our vile bodie, that it may be fashioned like vnto his glorious body, according to the working, whereby hee is able euen to subdue all things vnto him selfe.

³ Yea, and I beseech thee, faithfull yokefellow, helpe those women, which laboured with me in the Gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowe labourers, whose names are in the booke of life.

¹² Giuing thankes vnto the Father, which hath made vs meete to be partakers of the inheritance of the Saintes in light,

²⁴ Now reioyce I in my suffrings for you, and fulfill the rest of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh, for his bodies sake, which is the Church,

⁵ Which is a manifest token of the righteous iudgement of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdome of God, for the which ye also suffer. ⁶ For it is a righteous thing with God, to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you, ⁷ And to you which are troubled, rest with vs, when the Lord Iesus shall shewe himselfe from heauen with his mightie Angels,

⁵ For if any cannot rule his owne house, how shall he care for the Church of God?

¹⁰ For God is not vnrighteous, that hee should forget your worke, and labour of loue, which ye shewed toward his Name, in that ye haue ministred vnto the Saints, and yet minister. ¹¹ And we desire that euery one of you shew the same diligence, to the full assurance of hope vnto the ende, ¹² That ye be not slouthfull, but followers of them, which through faith and patience, inherite the promises.

²⁷ And as it is appointed vnto men that they shall once die, and after that commeth the iudgement:

⁴ By faith Abel offered vnto God a greater sacrifice then Cain, by the which he obtained witnes that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: by the which faith also he being dead, yet speaketh.

⁴⁰ God prouiding a better thing for vs, that they without vs should not be made perfite.

¹⁸ Of his owne will begate hee vs with the woorde of trueth, that we shoulde be as the first fruites of his creatures.

²³ Who when hee was reuiled, reuiled not againe: when hee suffered, hee threatned not, but comitted it to him that iudgeth righteously.

¹⁴ And I saide vnto him, Lord, thou knowest. And he saide to me, These are they, which came out of great tribulation, and haue washed their long robes, and haue made their long robes white in the blood of the Lambe. ¹⁵ Therefore are they in the presence of the throne of God, and serue him day and night in his Temple, and he that sitteth on the throne, wil dwell among them. ¹⁶ They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more, neither shall the sunne light on them, neither any heate. ¹⁷ For the Lambe, which is in the middes of the throne, shall gouerne them, and shall leade them vnto the liuely fountaines of waters, and God shall wipe away all teares from their eyes.

⁸ Therefore all that dwell vpon the earth, shall worship him, whose names are not written in the booke of life of that Lambe, which was slaine from the beginning of the world.

⁴ These are they, which are not defiled with women: for they are virgins: these follow the Lambe whithersoeuer he goeth: these are bought from men, being the first fruites vnto God, and to the Lambe.

¹⁵ And whosoeuer was not found written in the booke of life, was cast into the lake of fire.
