²⁵ But the worde of the Lord endureth for euer: and this is the woorde which is preached among you.

¹² But thou, O Lord, doest remaine for euer, and thy remembrance from generation to generation.

²⁶ They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: euen they all shall waxe olde as doeth a garment: as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed.

⁸⁹ LAMED. O Lord, thy worde endureth for euer in heauen.

⁸ The grasse withereth, the floure fadeth: but the worde of our God shall stand for euer.

¹⁸ For truely I say vnto you, Till heauen, and earth perish, one iote or one title of the Law shall not scape, till all things be fulfilled.

¹⁷ Nowe it is more easie that heauen and earth shoulde passe away, then that one title of the Lawe should fall.

¹ In the beginning was that Word, and that Word was with God, and that Word was God.

¹⁴ And that Word was made flesh, and dwelt among vs, (and we sawe the glorie thereof, as the glorie of the onely begotten Sonne of the Father) full of grace and trueth.

²¹ For seeing the worlde by wisedome knewe not God in the wisedome of GOD, it pleased God by the foolishnesse of preaching to saue them that beleeue: ²² Seeing also that the Iewes require a signe, and the Grecians seeke after wisdome. ²³ But wee preach Christ crucified: vnto the Iewes, euen a stumbling blocke, and vnto the Grecians, foolishnesse: ²⁴ But vnto them which are called, both of the Iewes and Grecians, we preach Christ, the power of God, and the wisedome of God.

² For I esteemed not to knowe any thing among you, saue Iesus Christ, and him crucified.

¹ Moreouer brethren, I declare vnto you the Gospel, which I preached vnto you, which ye haue also receiued, and wherein ye continue, ² And whereby ye are saued, if ye keepe in memorie, after what maner I preached it vnto you, except ye haue beleeued in vaine. ³ For first of all, I deliuered vnto you that which I receiued, how that Christ died for our sinnes, according to the Scriptures, ⁴ And that he was buried, and that he arose the third day, according to the Scriptures,

¹⁷ And came, and preached peace to you which were afarre off, and to them that were neere.

⁸ Euen vnto me the least of all Saints is this grace giuen, that I should preach among the Gentiles the vnsearchable riches of Christ,

³ But hath made his worde manifest in due time through the preaching, which is committed vnto me, according to the commandement of God our Sauiour:

¹² Vnto whome it was reueiled, that not vnto themselues, but vnto vs they shoulde minister the things, which are nowe shewed vnto you by them which haue preached vnto you the Gospell by the holy Ghost sent downe from heauen, the which things the Angels desire to beholde.

²³ Being borne anewe, not of mortall seede, but of immortall, by the woorde of God, who liueth and endureth for euer.

² As newe borne babes desire that sincere milke of the woorde, that yee may growe thereby,

¹⁹ We haue also a most sure worde of the Prophets, to the which ye doe well that yee take heede, as vnto a light that shineth in a darke place, vntill the day dawne, and the day starre arise in your hearts.

¹ That which was from the beginning, which wee haue heard, which wee haue seene with these our eyes, which wee haue looked vpon, and these handes of ours haue handled of that Word of life,

³ That, I say, which wee haue seene and heard, declare wee vnto you, that yee may also haue fellowship with vs, and that our fellowship also may be with the Father, and with his Sonne Iesvs Christ.
