¹ [A Psalm] of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

² The LORD is my strength and song, And he is become my salvation: This is my God, and I will praise him; My father’s God, and I will exalt him.

[A Psalm] of David the servant of the LORD, who spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: and he said, I love thee, O LORD, my strength. ² The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strong rock, in him will I trust; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.

²⁸ For thou wilt light my lamp: the LORD my God will lighten my darkness.

⁴⁶ The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of my salvation:

¹⁴ Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my rock, and my redeemer.

⁷ The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart hath trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will praise him. ⁸ The LORD is their strength, and he is a strong hold of salvation to his anointed.

² For thou art the God of my strength; why hast thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

¹ For the Chief Musician: [a Psalm] of the sons of Korah; set to Alamoth. A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ² Therefore will we not fear, though the earth do change, and though the mountains be moved in the heart of the seas;

² Mine enemies would swallow me up all the day long: for they be many that fight proudly against me. ³ What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in thee. ⁴ In God I will praise his word: in God have I put my trust, I will not be afraid; what can flesh do unto me?

¹⁹ Blessed be the Lord, who daily beareth our burden, even the God who is our salvation. Selah ²⁰ God is unto us a God of deliverances; and unto JEHOVAH the Lord belong the issues from death.

¹¹ For the LORD God is a sun and a shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

⁶ The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

¹⁴ The LORD is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation. ¹⁵ The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

²¹ I will give thanks unto thee, for thou hast answered me, and art become my salvation.

⁵ O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.

² Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation.

²⁴ Only in the LORD, shall one say unto me, is righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come, and all they that were incensed against him shall be ashamed.

⁶ Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished. ⁷ Hearken unto me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye dismayed at their revilings. ⁸ For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation unto all generations.

¹ Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. ² For, behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the peoples: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. ³ And nations shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

¹⁹ The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory. ²⁰ Thy sun shall no more go down, neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

¹⁰ I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with a garland, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

⁷ But as for me, I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me. ⁸ Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

² But unto you that fear my name shall the sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and gambol as calves of the stall.

²⁶ And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

³⁰ For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,

⁶ And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² The same was in the beginning with God. ³ All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made. ⁴ In him was life; and the life was the light of men. ⁵ And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not.

⁹ There was the true light, [even the light] which lighteth every man, coming into the world.

¹² Again therefore Jesus spake unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.

³¹ What then shall we say to these things? If God [is] for us, who [is] against us?

⁹ And he hath said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for [my] power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

¹³ I can do all things in him that strengtheneth me.

⁶ So that with good courage we say, The Lord is my helper; I will not fear: What shall man do unto me?

¹⁰ and they cry with a great voice, saying, Salvation unto our God which sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb.

²³ And the city hath no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine upon it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the lamp thereof [is] the Lamb.

⁵ And there shall be night no more; and they need no light of lamp, neither light of sun; for the Lord God shall give them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
