⁵ He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his saving health.

²⁴ The LORD bless thee and keep thee; ²⁵ the LORD make his face shine upon thee and have mercy on thee; ²⁶ the LORD lift up his face upon thee, and place peace in thee. ²⁷ And they shall place my name upon the sons of Israel, and I will bless them.

²³ Whosoever sacrifices praise glorifies me; and to him that orders his ways aright I will show the salvation of God.

⁶ Then shall the earth bring forth her fruit, and God, even our own God, shall bless us. ⁷ God shall bless us, and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

¹⁹ Blessed be the Lord, who daily lades us with benefits, even the God of our saving health. Selah.

¹⁷ His name shall endure for ever; before the sun his name shall be disseminated, and all Gentiles shall be blessed in him; they shall call him blessed.

to the Overcomer: to sing upon Mahalath, Maschil of Heman the Ezrahite. ¶ O LORD God of my saving health, I cry day and night before Thee;

¹² The LORD has been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will greatly bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron. ¹³ He will bless those that fear the LORD, both small and great.

¹ A Song of degrees. ¶ Blessed is every one that fears the LORD, that walks in his ways. ² When thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands; happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. ³ Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thy house; thy children like olive plants round about thy table. ⁴ Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that fears the LORD. ⁵ The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion, and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

² Behold, O God my saving health, I will trust and not be afraid for JAH, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he also is become saving health unto me.

¹⁵ He that walks in righteousness, he that speaks uprightly; he that despises the gain of violence, he that shakes his hands from receiving bribes; he that stops his ears to not hear of blood; he who shuts his eyes to not see evil; ¹⁶ he shall dwell upon the high places: fortresses of rocks shall be his place of refuge: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. ¹⁷ Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.

¹⁷ Israel is saved in the LORD, eternal salvation; ye shall never be ashamed nor confounded through all ages.

¹³ I cause my righteousness to come near; it shall not go away; and my salvation shall not be stayed: and I will place salvation in Zion; and my glory in Israel.

⁵ My righteousness is near; my saving health is gone forth, and my arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me; and on my arm shall they place their hope. ⁶ Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath; for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and those that dwell therein shall perish in like manner; but my saving health shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall never perish.

⁸ For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my saving health from age to age.

¹⁷ No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the slaves of the LORD, and their justice from me, said the LORD.

¹⁰ ¶ I will greatly rejoice in the LORD; my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of saving health; he has surrounded me with the robe of righteousness; as a bridegroom he has arrayed me, and as a bride made up of his jewels.

³ ¶ Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of the heavens. ⁴ Blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted. ⁵ Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. ⁶ Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. ⁷ Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. ⁸ Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. ⁹ Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God. ¹⁰ Blessed are those who suffer persecution for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of the heavens. ¹¹ Blessed are ye when men shall revile you and persecute you and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake. ¹² Rejoice and be exceeding glad, for great is your reward in the heavens; for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

¹⁷ If anyone desires to do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it is of God or whether I speak of myself.

²² the righteousness, that is, of God by the faith of Jesus, the Christ, for all and upon all those that believe in him, for there is no difference;

⁶ Even as David also describes the blessedness of the man unto whom God doth attribute righteousness without works, ⁷ saying, Blessed are those whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are covered. ⁸ Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute sin. ⁹ ¶ Is this blessedness, therefore, only upon the circumcision or also upon the uncircumcision? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham as righteousness.

¹⁷ For if by one offense, death reigned because of one man; much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of gifts and of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus the Christ. ¹⁸ Therefore, in the same manner that by the iniquity of one guilt came upon all men unto condemnation, even so by the righteousness of one, grace came upon all men unto justification of life.

³⁰ But of him ye are reborn in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

²¹ For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

⁹ So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.

¹⁴ That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

⁵ For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.

³ ¶ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly things in Christ;

⁹ ¶ and be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

¹⁰ not defrauding, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things. ¹¹ ¶ For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, ¹² teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live temperately, righteously, and godly in this present world; ¹³ waiting for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ, ¹⁴ who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto himself a people of his own, zealous of good works.

⁴ But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, ⁵ not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, ⁶ which he poured out abundantly in us through Jesus, the Christ, our Saviour;

⁹ not rendering evil for evil or curse for curse, but to the contrary, blessing, knowing that ye are called, that ye should possess a blessing by inheritance.
