⁴ And I spread my hand on Yah Hudah and on all the settlers of Yeru Shalem; and I cut off the survivors of Baal from this place; and the name of the ascetics with the priests;

¹² You spread your right; the earth swallows them:

¹³ and over Yeru Shalem I spread the line of Shomeron and the plumb line of the house of Ach Ab: and I wipe Yeru Shalem - wipe as wiping a bowl, and turn it to descend on its face:

⁵ And he ceases the ascetics whom the sovereigns of Yah Hudah gave to incense in the bamahs in the cities of Yah Hudah and in the places all around Yeru Shalem; also them who incensed to Baal to the sun and to the moon and to the constellations and to all the host of the heavens:

⁴ and they pull down the sacrifice altars of Baalim from his face; and he cuts down the sun icons over above them; and he pulls down and pulverizes the asherim and the sculptiles and the moltens, and sprinkles on the face of the tombs of them who sacrificed to them:

²⁶ This is the counsel counselled upon the whole earth: and this is the hand spread upon all the goyim. ²⁷ For Yah Veh Sabaoth counsels, and who breaks it? and his hand spreads, and who turns it back?

¹² and turn their houses to others together with their fields and women: for I spread my hand on the settlers of the land - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁵ the fellow tabernaclers of Shomeron sojourn because of the heifers of Beth Aven: for the people mourn over it; and the ascetics twirl on it: for the honor is exiled from it:

¹³ and I cut off your sculptiles and your monoliths from your midst; and you prostrate no more to the work of your hands:
