¹⁷ And so be it, whoever, of the families of the earth, who ascend not to Yeru Shalem to prostrate to the Sovereign Yah Veh Sabaoth, even on them is downpour.

³² These are the families of the sons of Noach, by their generations, in their goyim: and by these the goyim separate in the earth after the flood.

³ and I bless them who bless you and curse him who abases you: and in you all families of the soil become blessed.

¹⁴ and your seed becomes as the dust of the earth and you break forth to the sea and to the east and to the north and to the south: and in you and in your seed all the families of the soil become blessed.

¹⁷ and Yah Weh kindles his wrath against you and restrains the heavens that there be no rain and that the soil give not her produce; and lest you destruct quickly from off the good land Yah Veh gives you.

²³ and your heavens over your head become copper and the earth under you becomes iron. ²⁴ Yah Veh gives the rain of your land as powder and dust: to descend on you from the heavens until you desolate:

³⁵ When the heavens restrain and there is no rain because they sin against you - if they pray toward this place and spread hands to your name and turn from their sin and you humble them:

And Eli Yah the Tisbehiy of the settlers of Gilad, says to Ach Ab, Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El lives, at whose face I stand, neither dew nor rain becomes these years, except as according to my mouth.

²⁶ When the heavens restrain, and rain not, because they sin against you; yet when they pray toward this place and spread hands to your name and turn from their sin, and you humble them;

¹³ If I restrain the heavens to not rain; or if I misvah the locusts to devour the land; or if I send pestilence among my people;

⁸ Ask of me; and I give you the goyim for your inheritance and the finalities of the earth for your possession. ⁹ You, shatter them with a scion of iron; splatter them as a formed instrument. ¹⁰ And now, O you sovereigns, comprehend; be disciplined, you judges of the earth. ¹¹ Serve Yah Veh with awe and twirl with trembling; ¹² kiss the Son/Bar ^{\super *}, lest he be angry and you destruct from the way - when his wrath burns but a little. ⁵ Adonay at your right struck sovereigns in the day of his wrath: ⁶ he pleads among the goyim; he fills with bodies; he strikes him - the head over the great land:

⁶ and I place it desolate - neither plucked nor hoed; and briers and thorns ascend: and I misvah the thick clouds to rain no rain thereon.

²³ I oath by myself; the word goes from my mouth in justness, and returns not, That to me every knee kneels, every tongue oaths. ^{Philippians 2:9-11}

¹² For the goyim and sovereigndom who serve you not, destruct; yes, those goyim are utterly parched.

²⁵ Pour your fury on the goyim who know you not, and on the families who call not on your name: for they consume Yaaqov - consume him and finish him off and desolate his habitation of rest.

⁴ because the soil is broken for there is no downpour in the earth: the cultivators shame; they cover their heads.

²² Are there any among the vanities of the goyim who can cause downpour? Or can the heavens give showers? Are you not he, O Yah Veh our Elohim? So we await you: for you worked all these.

² You only, know I of all the families of the soil: so I visit on you for all your perversities.

⁷ And I also - I withheld the downpour from you, when yet three months to the harvest: and I, on one city, rained; and on one city, rained not: - one allotment, rained on; and the allotment not rained on withers: ⁸ and two or three cities wander to one city to drink water; and they satiated not: yet you returned not to me - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁶ And so be it, every one of all the goyim who remain who come against Yeru Shalem ascend sufficiently year by year to prostrate to the Sovereign Yah Veh Sabaoth; and to celebrate the celebration of sukkoth/brush arbors.

²⁶ and also made of one blood all goyim of humanity to settle on all the face of the earth; and decreed the times and prearranged the seasons and the boundaries of their settlement; ²⁷ to seek Yah Veh - if then indeed, to touch him and to find him - though he is not far from each one of us: ^{Isaiah 55:6}

JUDGING AND JUSTNESS And you, why judge your brother? Or why belittle your brother? For we all stand by the bamah of the Messiah. ¹¹ For it is scribed, As I live, Yah Veh words, every knee bows to me and every tongue avows to Elohim. ^{Isaiah 45:23, Philippians 2:10, 12}

¹⁷ Eli Yah was a human, like-passioned as we; and he prayed a prayer that it rain not: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.

⁶ These have authority to shut the heavens, so that the rain rains not in the days of their prophecy: and they have authority over waters to turn them to blood and to smite the earth with all plagues as often as ever they will.
